The man has a degree from a diploma mill. So what. The degree of "fraud" is miniscule.I have to admit, I agree with WW here. A fraudulent degree isn't a big deal unless you're engaged in scientific research or something like that.
OTOH, if you're a con man, trying to make money off a bogus "invention", a fraudulent degree is a big advantage.
