Tent City is becoming Camp Crime.
Occupy Wall Street squatters at Zuccotti Park have been busted in recent weeks for incidents ranging from petty thefts to menacing threats and from low-life drug sales to sicko sex attacks, law-enforcement sources told The Post.
The complaints have been a near-daily phenomena since Oct. 11, just about three weeks after a few dozen anti-greed activists began occupying the private park.
“There’s been a spike in crime the last few weeks,” one law-enforcement source said, noting the increasing number of protesters camping out in sleeping bags and tents who are easy prey for criminals.
It’s unclear what sparked the spike, cops said -- the influx of people as the OWS demonstrations gained traction or fed-up protesters overcoming their resistance to reporting crimes.
Among the most violent episodes are three alleged sex attacks, sources said, that weren’t reported to cops for days.

I like the idea of having all the village idiots in one place so you can keep an eye on them. Let them decay in their own filth.
Enforce vagrancy laws. Flog them soundly and then put them into workhouses just like Merry Olde England.

The Behaviorist BF Skinner conducted experiments like this on his own daughter. He kept her in a box for most of the early part of her life and observed her. She committed suicide when she was about 20.

There was an experiment conducted by a researcher named Harlow in the 1950s where monkeys were deprived of maternal nurturing and contact to see what would happen to their development. (The monkeys went insane.)
There have been several rather cruel experiments over the centuries, as far back as 7th century BC Egypt and 13th century France, where human children were prevented from hearing human speech in order to determine if language would develop naturally. For example, they were given to deaf and dumb people to raise in remote places where they would have no chance of hearing human speech. As far as is known, they did not develop language, although they could communicate through gestures and grunts.
And there have been a number of studies of children raised in very harsh orphanages, particularly in Communist Romania, which determined that the lack of early human interaction did result in a permanent inability to live socially and often in psychosis.
Teachers are no longer paid to teach academics. The teachers union creates social failures. The more failures they create, the more democrat voters there are. The more lives they destroy, the more these kids will grow up to be dependent on a socialist system.
They're cloning socialists by getting as many as possible addicted to the government manna. The pushers will have them addicted to government manna for life. That's the plan.

I don't see it as much of a stretch to say that withholding the "property" of your very person would be considered "theft" to the other person wanting to use that property for his own benefit.
