Allred on MSNBC 11/8/2011“Congress should subpoena Cain under oath to detail every allegation.."
msnbc / lexisnexis transcript ^ | November 8, 2011 | GLORIA ALLRED/LAWRENCE O` DONNELL

Posted on 11/09/2011 9:36:39 AM PST by sickoflibs

LAWRENCE O` DONNELL(MSNBC The Last Word) :
It`s a good thing you weren`t at that press conference today. The reporters I think did mostly a terrible job. There were a couple of good questions. “The New York Times” had a good question. But they didn`t go in for the precision we need at this point.
What did you hear there today you would like to contest?

GLORIA ALLRED, ATTORNEY FOR CAIN ACCUSER: Well, I mean, he just was all over the place. You know, forget the lie detector for this one.

O`DONNELL: There ain`t going to be a lie detector, we know that.

ALLRED: Here`s what I think he should do. You know what I think? I think that the United States Senate or could be the House of Representatives should explore whether the laws against sexual harassment need to be strengthened and in their pursuit of examining what kind of legislation might be needed, they should subpoena witnesses like Herman Cain, right before the committee, let him testify under oath, under penalty of perjury, let him be asked specific questions that you, Lawrence O`Donnell, very rightly said he should be asked and more.
I want to know every allegation that was ever made against him in his employment history that involved sexual harassment. I want to know specifically what these allegations were, what his response was, what every investigation of every employer showed, and what the result was and how much money was paid.
And then let`s see what his answers are.
I`d be willing to have my client go — she`d be willing to testify under oath. And my guess, although I haven`t talked to the other women, is that they`d be willing to do that as well.

O`DONNELL: Well, I don`t want to live in a country where the United States Senate subpoenas presidential candidates to testify under oath about anything, but it would be nice to find out more about this. Do you have another step planned at this stage?

Some names just fit and some just don’t.

Gloria ALL RED - well that works fine.
Joe PATERNO - not very paternalistic when it counted was he?

Well, I’m not a Cain supporter any longer, but in the interest of truth, maybe everyone—Cain, bimbos, spokespeople—should get wired up to a lie detector.

RE :”Heres the funny part,,, if everything the desperate housewives claim about Cain is true. It doesn’t matter to me.

If what the third fruit-loop said, that he grabbed her head and pushed it down during an interview was true, I would need to know that to avoid supporting a psycho-pathic time bomb that just gets impeached.

But that is one story I am sure is made up. The whole Allred/Bialek PR conference looked scripted and staged, the story is ridiculus and the accuser is a basket-case.

Has it been ascertained how Bialek even got a hold of Allred?

Even Cain’s staff (Block in particular) has debunked this big fat lie. Maybe you should take the “truth” part out of your screen name.

Did you miss the Thomas confirmation hearings?

This isn’t that far off basic leftist thinking.

I just noticed that in the sidebar a few minutes ago. I just posted the exact text, it didnt even need a commentary.

I saw it on live cable last night while I was posting on FR, I couldnt miss an interview like that. Then I said “I have to share this”

How can he detail something that does not exist?

Alred is even starting to look evil. I am surprised she does not have visible horns

hehehe...CON-gress ???

how about if the man in fact tried to forcibly rape-rape the poor, naive soul that willingly admits to using her parts for pay, that the local LEO investigate, and the local prosecuter step up to the plate and file charges, before the US taxpayer foots the bill for a freakshow/circus that PT Barnum wouldnt even try to advertise ???

Did Perry leak? Cain and staffer disagree
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-57318215-503544/did-perry-leak-cain-and-staffer-disagree/

“This Mr. Anderson is frequently quoted in Politico; he’s got a connection there,” Cain said.
“And he started working for the Perry campaign two weeks ago. These are simply the facts.”

the United States Senate or could be the House of Representatives should explore whether...

Why doesn't ALL RED insist on something that is much more con-temporarily possible, would even be put forth with zeal by the guy who'd sign it: that zer0 issue an Executive Order to do this...

"“Congress should subpoena Bialek under oath to detail and prove every allegation." "

You are right- Alred knows this will not happen so that is why she is free to say it. First, I guess they would have to subpoena the women all under oath to MAKE the allegations... in detail.

Not exactly definitive proof of anything. Cain keeps blaming Perry, Block doesn’t. Then last night Block accused someone at Politico—but wait a minute, that person was not the “relative” Block claimed. Let’s bring some honesty back into this conversation—and by that I mean, I’d like to see everyone’s proof—the bimbo contingent, some of the lawyers, everyone.

Actually a POTUS was subpoenaed to court under oath and was subjected to a fishing exposition on his personal life. And he lied about someone he had sex with and was impeached for it. And it all started with a similar allegation and a new Federal law he took credit for getting passed.

I need to write a vanity explaining the true irony behind why Clinton trapped himself, and how feminists repudiated their own (Police state like) principle's to defend him.

Congress could also subpoena the President about his birth records and multiple social security numbers.

Congress?!? This is just a person running for president, I mean the sure didn’t subpoena the guy we have sitting in the oval office now... and they certainly should have while HE was in Congress.

Gloria Allred is a moron.
