The Bexar County District Attorney's Office and SAPD are looking into an alleged incident back in 1999 that reportedly happened in San Antonio.
The San Antonio connection involves the 1999 Alamo Bowl when Penn State went up against Texas A&M.
The grand jury indictment, alleges Sandusky brought a young boy to San Antonio to attend the Alamo Bowl. He is identified as "Victim 4."
Sandusky reportedly threatened to send the victim home if he didn't cooperate with the illegal activity.
Sandusky is also accused of giving Victim 4 gifts, clothing, and passes to various sporting events.
Sandusky allegedly guaranteed Victim 4 he could be a walk-on player at Penn State.

I wouldn't be worried about suicide. I would be worried about him having an ‘accident” while he is out. If the allegations about him pimping out young boys to big money donors of 2nd Mile Foundation is true there are more like him in the shadows who are scared to death he will rat them out. Sandusky would have to be silenced. He should be in protective custody in solitary confinement.

A 73-year-old retired Bucknell University professor has been sentenced to Pennsylvania state prison for possessing child pornography.
LEWISBURG, Pa. —
A 73-year-old retired Bucknell University professor has been sentenced to Pennsylvania state prison for possessing child pornography.
Jack Harclerode was sentenced Wednesday by a Union County judge. The judge gave him a sentence of 13 years and nine months to 27 years and six months for 20 counts of child pornography possession.
Pottsville psychologist Joseph Sheris testified at the sentencing hearing that Harclerode suffers from pedophilia, cannot be rehabilitated and is a sexually violent predator. Defense attorney Peter Campana cross-examined Sheris at length but did not call any witnesses.
Harclerode is already serving a nine-month to 30-month state prison sentence for indecent sexual assault of a 10-year-old Lancaster boy. That happened at a campsite near Bloomsburg in July 2006.
Harclerode taught at Bucknell in Lewisburg; Ray Gricar disappeared from Lewisburg.
Harclerode liked 11 to 13 year olds.(Just like Jerry).

Ex-Bucknell professor sentenced on sex charges
He received 9 to 30 months in jail for fondling a 10-year-old boy
BLOOMSBURG — Jack Harclerode, a former Bucknell University professor, received a 9 to 30 months sentence today in Columbia County Court for fondling a 10-year-old boy at a campsite near Bloomsburg in July 2006.
Harclerode, 73, a former biology professor, pleaded guilty to indecent sexual assault and corruption of a minor in the case last year.
The sentence was imposed by Judge Thomas James. The judge also cleared up a matter that delayed sentencing by declaring Harclerode a sexually violent predator.
The Lewisburg resident also was found guilty by a Union County judge on charges of having child pornography. He is awaiting sentencing on those charges.
He is currently incarcerated in the Columbia County Jail.
Harclerode was jailed Jan. 5 without bail after his daughter testified in Columbia County Court that he had admitted sexually assaulting young boys for decades.
Testifying at the sentencing hearing to determine whether Harclerode was a sexually violent predator, Harclerode’s daughter, Jolee Djaraher, said her father admitted to her in 1995 that he had engaged in sexual relationships with boys between the ages of 11 and 13 during the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.
Harclerode had been free on bail pending sentencing for molesting the boy in 2006.
I hope nothing like that happens to Sandusky. I want him to be hale and healthy through his trial and sentencing; and then I want him to have his “rendezvous” with “Bruno” when he gets to the slammer! “Bruno” has been looking for a new ho, and Jerry is going to get the gig!
This time Sandusky will be on the RECEIVING end of the situation. “Bruno” might even knock Jerry’s teeth out, simply because likes “variety” if you get my drift. Make no mistake....Coach Sandusky is headed for a very rough patch......if the guys in the bighouse don’t actually waste him when they learn all the details on his rap sheet!
The grad student McQuery had to be 24+ when he saw Sandusky sodomizing the 10 year old.
