Occupy Charleston protestors take over Bachmann's speech

"Mic check!! Mic check! This will only take a minute. We have a message for Mrs. Bachmann...." Michelle Bachmann, Presidential candidate, interrupted as Occupy Charleston took over her foreign policy speech.
The protestors read a speech of their own to the Minnesota congresswoman, calling her out because they believe she caters to the 1%. "As an elected official, her obligation should be to the electorate, not just to the few people writing checks," says Christopher Ingleice of the Occupy Charleston movement.

After the speech, Bachmann addressed the interruption, finding irony in the fact that the protestors interrupted her speech on foreign policy, in a room full of veterans, the day before Veterans Day. "I really felt like it was ironic that you had a group of young people in a very disrespectful and ignorant move, to take that kind of an action in the midst of veterans that fought to give them the right to do that."

I would love to have a real MAN as president...not knocking Bachmann, she was being ladylike, but sadly all those manly man vets sat on their hands...
One would think as a potential presidential candidate she would have some sort of SS protection and if not at least some form of private protectors armed with MP-5s or some such. Put the selector switch on full auto and blast them away.
Someone interfering with the first amendment right or with an election should be exterminated on the spot IMO.

I am disappointed that a room full of my fellow veterans did not know what to do when this happened.
The one thing I learned from “diversity training” is that nobody believes in “diversity” including the instructors. You just learn to not to say or write anything that might embarress the company or create a liability.
Wow,way to stand up to ‘em Michelle! And why was she alone in trying to stand up to them anyway? I wouldn’t have given them the satisfaction! She just doesn’t have enough dirt in the skirt for me.

Charleston has been apologizing for years for the attack on Fort Sumter, like WI being embarrassed by the ghost of Joe McCarthy.
In any liberal controlled city like Charleston, you cannot expect free speach for conservatives. This always happens in liberal cities and colleges.
Too bad Marcus wasn’t there. He could have fended them off with his purse.
I think all this occupy stuff is a red herring, pure manipulation. It is orchestrated to keep the far left from thinking about Obama and his constant wars. If the left wasn’t kept busy with all this occupy stuff they would be camped out in front of the White House screaming for peace. This way it keeps them out of Obama’s hair, makes them feel important (which is 50% of it) and they keep the pot agitated which makes them “useful idiots”.
This was out at Patriot’s Point, right? Was it on the Yorktown? It’s a fairly long way off the deck of the Yorktown to the river below...maybe the maggots needed a swim to cool off. Just sayin’.
