I’m a Perry guy.

Still don’t care for Cain.

Newt doesn’t just have “flaws,” he is the polar opposite of what he is portraying himself to be.

Spend 10 minutes to get it right:

Interesting. I had never before considered Eisenhower to be a traitor.

Those two respectful gentleman are likely our winning ticket.

Newt/Cain, Cain/Newt, I'm good. Hoping Cain, overall, gets through his "harassment eruption". Newt would be a good backup.

Very interesting! Reagan and Gingrich are communists and Eisenhower was a traitor. Was Eisenhow also a communist?

I think Newt Gingrich is very smart, but I don’t support him for President, because I just don’t think he could garner the votes needed to beat Obama. I would, however, support a ticket where he was the Veep, especially if Herman Cain is the nominee. I think it would be the best combination of Cain’s connection to the common people through his Southern middle class upbringing, and Newt’s knowledge of how to work around things in DC, and U.S. History and foreign policy. Folks who don’t like that Cain doesn’t have foreign policy experience would know that someone on the ticket has knowledge in that realm.

Herman Cain is not running for President to learn how to work around things in D.C. - especially the way Gingrich caved in to the liberal elite.

Cain is running to CHANGE THE WAY D.C. WORKS!!

A President can hire staff & surround himself with competent, trustworthy people sho are very knowledgeable about foreign policy & anything else he needs to know about.

I am not sure how I will sleep tonight after you got me educated as to Reagan and Gingrich were communists and Eisenhower was a traitor. It got me to thinking though. Was Eisenhower also a communist? It would make sense because, didn't Eisenhower have, like these five year or ten year plans like Stalin?

If you think Reagan was communist, you’ll love Ginrich.

Gingrich is taking advantage of his higher poll numbers & finding an easy way to make some $$$$ to line his own pocket while he's on a roll!!

Pimping Callista's book & things that he's written, etc.

GINGRICH BOLSTERS HIS BRAND

Yep.... we as a nation are in dire straits and Newt is best prepared to take this on....even knowing that I do not expect our nation to change overnight if he does win...but he can certainly set in motion, and fast, what needs to be done to stop the trajectory we’re in.

You are also right that our most serious issues are not that of government creating jobs...the threats to our national security comes in many forms and are great...a job will mean nothing at all if these fires aren’t put out quickly. Newt can do that, and equally as much have those on board he knows will act.

Yes, Cain is very much “likable”....but I want to see Newt where he has the most freedom to act...might be as a ‘Chenny’...but only if Cain’s ego doesn’t get in the way...and those who will want special favors for getting him to that office. At this point I’d rather see Newt as Pres.

You and others are taking that comment out of context and relaying the medias spin on this...If you listen to the entire conversation you’ll see differently.

Well I've had about all the "change" I want to see with the Obama administration...so no thank you...what we need is to take hold 'again' of those who want to see reform and in some cases outing the adminstrations hold on Washington and let it do it's job. Newt has a strong history of uniting Congress...and they need him in order to regain any degree of respectability.

They ALL are doing that...no news there...most are writing books on both sides of the aisle an dall which goes into this phase of the primary...zip argument on that note Lady J.
