Police are investigating a fatal shooting just outside the Occupy Oakland encampment in Northern California, the apparent suicide of a military veteran at an Occupy encampment in Vermont's largest city and a man found dead in a tent Friday morning in Utah.
Salt Lake City's police chief has ordered all protesters to leave a city park after authorities found the body of the man, who was in his 40s. A cause of death was not available, but authorities say it did not immediately appear to be foul play.
Police Chief Chris Burbank says the group will now have to pack up and leave by Saturday evening or risk arrest. He says those who want to be arrested to make a point will be taken in peacefully.
Meanwhile, the Oakland killing furthered straining relations between local officials and anti-Wall Street protesters. A preliminary investigation into the gunfire Thursday that left a man dead suggests it resulted from a fight between two groups of men at or near the camp on a plaza in front of Oakland's City Hall, police Chief Howard Jordan said.

As it begins to get colder I expect the OWS death toll to rise due to CO positioning and hypothermia.

The good news is that he can get baptized post-mortem, and promoted to some prison-planet afterlife with 72 Helen Thomas virgins, or some such.
One could argue that these deaths have “save or created” “shovel ready jobs”.
