You got it perfect.
Have you ever been to a large convention? Do you know how many people you’d meet? Even from your own company that you rarely see? And having evidence they met does that mean her other charges true. And remember this is HIS word this happened. It’s HIS word that her job required her to be there all the time (guess what, it was the job of the waiters, greeters, etc. too). Do we have a job description to even know whether this was the case? Look, we’re talking about the reputation of another human being. This is very, very serious. This isn’t only about a presidential candidate. This is about a man who is a good Christian, who has spent a lifetime building a reputation and we’re supposed to believe people with less than stellar reputations (reputations they’ve EARNED according to those who know them) over Mr. Cain? I hope to God nothing like this ever happens to you or someone you love. And given how often the media has to walk back their accusations, I’m betting once they completely destroy this man, there will be the usual retractions in small print on page 12. Meanwhile, he can never get his reputation back. There will always be lingering doubt, there will always be that pubic hair on a coke can.
What scares me is that if Cain gets the nomination, every little press conference Gloria Allred or these other freaks host will get huge attention. The cousin of the hairdresser of the boyfriend of one of the women will have something to add to the situation and the media will rehash the whole crazy story.
That said, I’d rather have an honest conservative with even this MSM fanatical craziness than Mitt Romney.
Just exactly how is he supposed to put it to rest, in your opinion?
All white women look alike. /s
None of your business. *cough* Rahm *cough*
All white xxxxxx FLOOZIES look alike. /s
Agreed. This story has a media half life. Cain just needs to keep on keeping on.
We are at war on a different battlefield here!
Obama and his Evil ilk against Christian Conservatives! If Evil can beat us on this turf, they will beat us in 2012! So the biggest battle is going on right now! Will Evil conquer Good?
It is up to us! Let us hope the American voter will win by electing the man who frightens Evil the most!
Vote for the man with the plan who can, the only man who can save the country from eternal rank Evil! Turn back to God! There are more of us than there are of them! And greater is He who is in us that he who is in the world!
Please name the 4 women...... #1 Sharon Bielek - don’t believe her..... #2 some other woman that works for the Obama administration who has sued other companies for various reasons and refuses to come forward, ummmm ummmm - yeah, who else?
At first it was 2 mystery women that Bennett stated had filed complaints. Then a 3rd woman called Bennett and her name was Sharon. She called several times, but he was never able to get her last name. Oh yeah, right because she decided she wanted Gloria Allred instead - maybe because she made it sound more tempting.
So, by my calculations there are only 2 that we know about. Where they come up with 4 people claiming sexual harassment is beyond me and negligent journalism.
Oh yes they do, and the polls show it. I don't believe in this ignore it and it will go away crap. It's obvious that Allred and her client have absolutely no fear of Cain or his "tough" attorney. They have been handled with kid gloves instead of attacked mercilessly like they should have been. Cains attorney and staff should have already had this Dr's past plastered everywhere they could. Instead, the story will just continue to fester as Cain sinks further in the polls. Cain's wife sure didn't help either with her timid defense of her husband. Why couldn't she have just looked in the camera and said, "I've known Herman Cain for more than 40 years and I'm here to tell you this story is a lie"?
I'm not happy with a choice between Newt or Romney. To me that only means 4 more years of Obama.
RE: I think Newt will handle things better. Hes been around it for a long time and has dealt with it in the past. Well see.
The matter of his not so kind divorce from his first wife just after she had cancer surgery will be made an issue -— COUNT ON IT.
If Cain drops out, I’ll hold my nose for Newt, but anybody else, I’m going third party.
That simply didn't happen that way and his family has already put that to rest in what actually took place. He did not abondon her by any means. That is outdated news.
I don’t favor Cindy Sheeeehan, haa!
As a matter of fact, I've read that Hollywood is planning on releasing a movie based on the book Under the Banner of Heaven (which is a damning indictment of fundamentalist Mormon cults) next summer, just in time for the elections.Just a coincidence, I'm sure/s
They might think they've put it to rest, but it would be naive to think the media agrees.
Any personal injury lawsuits out there???
Oft-injured Zuckerman races as tribute to fallen friend
Chicago Sun-Times (IL) - Friday, August 26, 2005
Author: Bob Richards
Is there a doctor in the house?
Actually, Victor Zuckerman is a doctor, but when he gets ready for the Accenture Chicago Triathlon, he keeps other doctors busy. His list of injuries, surgeries and other assorted maladies over the years boggles the mind.
Its kind of a standing joke, Zuckerman said this week as he counted down toward the 23rd Chicago Triathlon on Sunday. Ive got the X-rays and paperwork to prove it.
His goal is to finish in one piece. But with Zuckerman , thats not a sure thing.
Ive got a photo of me finishing in 2001, and I think I finished two or three other times, the 53-year-old pediatrician said. Every year, something happens.
Its only a finger dislocation this time, suffered while playing basketball with his son two weeks ago. Last year, he fell off his mountain bike and broke a leg. The year before, he had his appendix removed. Sinus surgery, pneumonia, a severe asthma attack, two hernia operations, a concussion, a broken wrist, plantar fasciitis and assorted muscle pulls have sideswiped his swim-bike-run aspirations dating to the 1980s. One year, he finished but fell and cracked his front teeth.
I looked like a character from Deliverance when I crossed the finish line, but I did complete the race, he said.
This year, even with the dislocated finger, he has a higher motivation. He is competing to honor Thomas Williams, a good friend and surgeon who died from thyroid cancer. The death of Williams, whose wife, Rhonda, is a fellow pediatrician at Stratford Pediatrics in Bloomingdale, made Zuckerman rethink his life.
I looked at these aches and pains Ive gone through and realized this is nothing compared to what Tom went through and what is really going on, he said. As I watched his deterioration, all my triathlon mishaps paled in the face of the reality that [Williams] would no longer be with us. I am dedicated to re-inventing my life, and the triathlon is a huge part of it.
Zuckerman and his staff at Stratford Pediatrics will be wearing Meet You at the Finish Line T-shirts in Williams honor.
With his new determination, Zuckerman , who signs up for this event every January, will be doing his best to take care of unfinished business in the Sprint Division if he can stay out of harms way.
Groping a flaky ho-bag like that is very appropriate even if you find her unappetizing. She expects it and will spread malicious gossip otherwise
You can’t put it to rest, and the trouble with politics is sometimes you need to ignore it, and other times you need to counter attack, but the devil is figuring out which. I would shut any reporter that mentioned it down by saying, I’ve already covered this and I refuse to be tried and convicted in the court of public opinion by those who have a motivation to do me harm. But you have to refuse to entertain questions about it or you’ll never be allowed to answer any other kind of question at all.
Wait till they start publishing quotes like these:
Exactly. People, this is war without the bullets (at least for now). The other side realizes it. Our folks, I doubt it.
This guy is not a witness, he’s a heresay purveyor.
At some point and I would say now Herman has got to stop addressing this crapola and just continue to push his message. If he is asked about it he needs to address it in one sentence and move on. Otherwise there will be some new deal every other day.
Does anybody here remember what happened 14 years ago?
Oh yeah that was the day that he, no no no, that was after Y2K, no that’s right it was 14 years ago when he met me, no, no, no I remember it now. I was standing there and no wait a minute. I was sitting there and no, come to think of it I was standing next to him and he touched my uh...hand. That’s right, I remember now, he touched my hand. That’s it now I remember like it was yesterday. He shook my hand on ... what day was that...
It still does not make it true. Bialick could have been upset that she did not come home with a job and decided to get revenge. Besides, this was at the forefront of a huge push nationwide to make workplace innuendos and flirting legally harassment. My sons were going off to college. I sat both down and told them that they need not flirt with any girl that they did not intend to ask on a date, and to be careful how they rejected offers from girls, that the atmosphere had changed so much that a girl could claim sexual harassment, even if no words or action was exchanged, but she was not getting attention from them like she wanted. I was worried, as they were both very popular in HS. They made it through okay. Being a school nurse, I always warn the boys in my abstinace-based SE classes that fooling around with no intent of dating the girl can get them in as much trouble as going too far in some cases. This is an age where men can be accused of anything falsely and they are considered guilty until proven otherwise. Shame!
RE: Bialick could have been upset that she did not come home with a job and decided to get revenge.
Unless Herman Cain is lying, He says he does not know Bialek and the incident NEVER happened ( which means the entire story is made up ).
I have been somewhat amazed that investigative reporters from the MSM ( with their money ) cannot even come up with simple fact checking to determine whether Bialiek’s story coheres. Evidence can be gathered to :
1) Determine whether he claim that her Hotel room was upgraded to a suite is true — HOTEL LOGS from the Hotel dating back 14 years ago, can tell us.
2) Until now we don’t know the name of the hotel she said she checked in to.
3) Until now we don’t know the name of the restaurant where she said she had dinner with Cain.
4) If we can determine the name of the restaurant, can we check how the dinner was paid? If by credit card, can we check the credit card logs from 14 years back to see if Herman Cain paid for it that night.
Also, there was NO MENTION of the DATE and TIME the alleged incident occurred. We don’t even know exactly WHEN the alleged incident occurred.
These are BASIC information any careful reporter can at least check to see if she is lying or not. Yet, we don’t get any of these at all.
If I understand correctly, Bialek has lost several court cases. I doubt that she would have pursued the cases at all, if the only evidence presented was consistent with her opponent's claims.
Assuming that Bialek did introduce evidence to support her side of these cases, then it must be that the jury decided to believe her opponent and not her. This is just another way of saying, the jury thought she was lying.
It's interesting that Bialek and Zuckerman have little in common evidently, except for having filed bankruptcy.
My guess is that there is some link between them involving these bankruptcies and it just might be the lawyer or law firm which helped them to avoid paying their debts.

greatvikingone, hope you don’t mind me cross-posting this:
In May 2010 (after the bench trial, but before the judgment was entered) Stratford Pediatric sold its assets to Central DuPage Hospital for $333,000.00 in cash. This money was mostly transferred to Zuckermans personal accounts. He soon went on a gambling and day trading spree and lost all of the money. In July 2010, Zuckerman moved to Louisiana. On September 15, 2010, Zuckerman filed a chapter 11 petition in the Western District of Louisiana. His creditors include, among others, Stratford Center (with claims of $675,000.00), his ex-wife (with claims of $89,000.00), and the IRS (with claims of $50,000.00).
