Not2worry, I believe Newt will be exposed in the next week for the RINO that he is now and during his Political Career.

Without a doubt he is the best debater on the circuit. If he wasn't, I'd be disappointed. He's been practicing the second oldest profession for almost 40 years.

I don't need a guy in the WH who can govern....I've been governed enough.

There is a whole new generation of voters that know nothing about Newt’s past - just what they see on TV.

Once his past is exposed, and I am certain it will be very soon, we will see how conservative voters feel about his political history.

Newt's not electable. He may be an Intellectual Giant but he has an uncanny ability to make most folks feel like Mental Midgets.

He's old GOP Establishment. But if that's what the voters want a McCain comrade so be it.

Yeah, give me an amateur over our political royalty any day of the week. I want a president who is mostly figurehead and our deliberative body can deliberate.

I'm pretty irritated after spending the last two years watching FReepers flap their gums about getting rid of the inside the beltway lifers, here they are flinging themselves at the feet of the biggest one in the race.

I guess having grown up with the courage of my convictions, its a little hard to understand those who don't have it.

Yeah, where have we heard THAT before.

Oh, wait, the DNC. Why are you here if you are telling us who we can or can’t support.

Sorry dude, if Newt’s really the best the GOP can do, that speaks volumes. Newt hasn’t even won a state from Romney.

I’m not sure why you believe that Newt can beat Romney.

Don’t support DeDe (Newt), Don’t support Romney (Cain) and Don’t support Bill Clinton (Cain).

Also don’t support public employees having collective bargaining rights or Affirmative Action (Cain), or special tuition rates for the kids of illegals (Perry), or surrounding yourself with yes men (Santorum), or taking action on climate change (Newt), or States’ ability to bypass the 2nd Amendment (Cain), or extramarital affairs (Newt).

The difference is, much of the Cain Cult refuses to admit their candidate ever actually messes-up, makes a mistake, or holds anything but the most conservative position POSSIBLE on EVERY issue known to man. It’s utter crap, and it’s showing with every blunder he makes.

Have you EVER made a concession that Cain messed-up? Not a fake “He should have attacked the media” type mess-up, but a REAL mess-up? Sure doesn’t look like it from your last 1,000 posts.

There. Fixed it for ya.

I have my problems with Gingrich, but he has excellent not-Romney credentials, in that he's not Romney.

Should he win the nomination, he will be even more so not Obama.

I know who the perfect candidate is for me, and that's me. Unfortunately, I feel that my write-in campaign would net me one vote, unless I decide to vote for somebody else to protest my own failure to run an effective campaign.

Newt is not the man for the job at this time either.

Looks like most of us real conservatives will begin to look towards a third party then and run with it.

If we don’t get a conservative in office this term it will be a disaster for the country.

Tell me, who would you rather be seen as completely destroying the country in the next two years? A REAL Marxist or a RINO?

Either way we are screwed. Elect a Rino like Romney or Gingrich and its lights out anyway.

Gingrich cannot beat Obama anyway...Neither he nor Romney can beat Obama. The base simply won’t go along with either of these guys and they will lose badly next year.

“I don’t watch Hannity anymore. His ego is too large for my 42” TV.”

Well you should have because you would have heard the amazing and vast list of accomplishments Newt Gingrich has acheived for conservatives. Things like balancing the budget four consecutive years, first republican majority and 1st reelected republican majority since the 1920’s. A five trillion dollar fiscal shift to the good and the list goes on. Consider he has written fourteen books, mostly historical, the research and knowledge required. His recent stance on enemy combatants, his continual support of Israel and his ability to manipulate and compromise. Newt is a serious candidate for serious issues with the background and ability to turn this nation around.

I would love to see Newt lose for supporting DeDe alone, but there are plenty of other reasons to see him lose. His nasty remarks about Paul Ryan's plan for another and his contempt for the right.
