Hmmmm, I thought the park was private property. So if the owners want them off I don’t see where the judge has any standing. I know that would not stop a liberal who could care less about private property.

This Judge was subsequently booted off the case by the presiding Judge earlier this morning.
As I understand it, the rules of the park prohibit tents & sleeping bags. Another case of breaking laws with no consequences. What laws do I get to break? How about taxes?
