But thats a legal standard. i.e. - It can never be legal no matter how willing the victim might have been.
But that doesn’t dismiss the possibility that the kid was willing and not forced.
The only thing I would add to your post is that he should have told Sandusky he was going to the police and he could either turn himself in or he could try and scrimp together some last vestige of honor and eat a bullet.
What happened Sandusky saw him and stopped.
Nothing short of leaving with the boy is acceptable, and the sad thing, is that McQuery still doesn't get it.
He is still whining about how traumatic it was for HIM!
