” Let me be clear here.

There is not a single candidate running for POTUS that is conservative enough, pro-American enough, or that is America first, all the time, every time, enough for me. “

I gotta go with Cain, as the others I find repugnant. Cain has problems, but nothing like Romney & Perry. Newt couldn’t get arrested : )

I agree with that. Didn’t mean to imply otherwise. I do think Romney would be better than Obama for one simple reason. He doesn’t hate our nation. He is last on my list though.

Same here. When Gingrich flipped his position from the climate-change-couch-with pelosi, he admitted it was a mistake. Seems like Romney just flips without admitting he was wrong. He just instantly "transforms" into a "conservative," painlessly.

However, Newt’s daughter’s non-denial denial of Gingrich confronting 1st wife in hospital over divorce is a blemish Romney does not seem to have. Newt says he is older and better now. I hope so.

I don't think we can risk 4 more years of Obama, with the potential of putting Eric Holder clones on the SCOTUS. I am not counting on a true pro-life SCOTUS appointment from Romney though.

I agree with you.

The story about him delivering divorce papers when she was on her death bed seems to be bogus though. For one thing, the wife is still alive. And the claim is that they had been planning the divorce for some time, and she wanted it as much as he did.

My only question is this. Why didn’t Newt address this circa the charges being first raised? Waiting until now seems quite squirrely to me.

Also, there was the story about Gingrich complaining about his seat on Clinton's plane. According to Gingrich, it was because Clinton would not talk to him and Bob Dole about the budget etc., but the media had a different focus.

When Obama showed his temper in negotiations with Boehner, Fox covered it briefly, but it has not become an important moment in US political history.

So I would say that part of the truth is Gingrich not being cool under fire 16 years ago, but when Obama acts immature, it's not a real story.

California is voting Democrap, so this poll is meaningless.

Not in the Republican primary race.

***Now that we have had all of them thrown in our faces, lets get behind the only non-establishment candidate in the RACE, HERMAN CAIN!!!***

there you go bringing race into it again.

YES WE CAIN!

i’d rather see next as education czar and palin as VP... but behind CAIN we are all winners... Obama might even change his vote.

Cain’s gaffes aren’t and you ‘re taking the mainstream line on it...

the taliban are in libya, it doesn’t matter who is the president of icky ecky ucky stan...

and a nine second pause when what you say is always changed to what people want to hear is understandable.

Cain is the Main man right now. Embrace him and he won’t accuse you of harassment later.

I am not taking the Lamestreams line on anything. If you didn't cringe when Cain stumbled around for answers when he debated Newt, you are not human. His constantly saying things about muslims that he feels the need to backtrack from the next day isn't helping either.

Yeah, the media had a different focus, big surprise there.

Like so many times when our guys get torn down in public, it only works for the Left because WE (our side) doesn’t push back full force.

Clinton was a horses ass. Newt was the bad guy. LOL

Gotta remember, raping women was never his fault either.

Gingrich has a long history, and that gives both left and right wingers targets. The media is not interested in Romney... yet. They say they already vetted him in 2007-2008, but he has flipped a couple of times since, on global warmimg and immigration.

They can’t wait to get Romney the nomination, because most of what we want to take Obama to task for, Romney has at one point agreed with.

We will come off as hypocrites to the tenth power.

Sadly, some Republicans can’t resit playing into that.
