STATE COLLEGE (Reuters) - Penn State says alleged child sex abuser Jerry Sandusky is "not welcome" on its campus, but the university so far has no legal recourse to keep the former assistant football coach away.

In her bail ruling, Judge Leslie Dutchot ordered the former defensive coordinator not to have any contact with minors, witnesses or alleged victims.

The ruling placed no restrictions on his travel. Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, advised Sandusky and his wife to take a trip ahead of the next legal proceeding to clear his head, he told CNN.

In effect, Sandusky is free to return to the Penn State campus, something school officials are powerless to stop.

I increasingly see Paterno coming out of this vindicated, although the media and lynch mob would never apologize.

I’m also increasingly seeing Spanier and the other administrators coming out guilty, although the media would never condemn him and the other sexual deviants.

If the Mark Madden rumors are true, I would not be surprised one bit if Spanier and company were involved in the pedophile ring. Actually, the fact that Spanier was the president makes Madden’s rumor much more plausible.

Just take away his parking pass or sticker, I guarantee he will be doing a lot more cruising in his car and a lot less parking on campus

Well it’s not like he was coming on to a Catholic College campus to pray the Rosary. That, you get arrested for.

I increasingly see Paterno coming out of this vindicated,

Four months ago, Paterno transferred the deed to his
half million dollar house to his wife for a dollar.

Prior to that it was in joint tenancy.

He knows he will be sued down to his sox.

Right, which is why he did not transfer ownership of his $4 million beach house.

What he did was very common for asset protection among wealthy older married couples where one spouse is much older than the other.

“judge” Dutchcot should be disciplined by the bar, and the good citizens of “happy valley” might want to consider voting to remove her from the bench. That said, my guess is that the “residents” are as out of touch with reality as she is. It’s really the same story anywhere you have a university. Pick a city, Berkeley, Boulder, Madison, you name it, they are all staffed with liberals who seemingly condone any and every aberration imaginable.

This guy is lowlife scum, but sadly, since he hasn’t actually been convicted of anything yet, I’m not sure that there’s really much that they can legally do right now. That’s just how the system works.

Huh? Just because his bail agreement doesn’t limit his travel, that doesn’t mean he has a license to trespass on other people’s property.

‘Scuse me. NO judge can bar Penn State or any other school/ business/ property owner from barring a person from their property if proper notice is given to that person. If he then shows up, he’s subject to prosecution for various degrees of trespass, etc.

But Penn State is a public university, so I’m guessing that much, and perhaps, most, of the campus is public property.

It's state property. Without a court order, I don't see how he can be barred.

I don't think they have to worry -- the students are all above the age of puberty; Sandusky likes 'em real young.

Of course, with all of the potential witnesses at Penn State (those that haven’t already been fired), wouldn’t going onto campus put him at significant risk of contacting potential witnesses, even by accident?

Right, which is why he did not transfer ownership of his $4 million beach house.

Something has to pay the damages in the lawsuits. His attorney no doubt said, "We'll save your residence, but the beach house is going one way or the other."

He doesn’t need legally vindicated, since he is already fine legally.

His reputation probably is shot because, even if it does come out that he did what was morally right, the media would never apologize or admit their mistake.

You claimed he was going to out of this vindicated, so you must be able to see into the future also.

So the question is, who is likely to be proven right and based on the fact it is impossible for him to be vindicated since he even admits he could have done more, there is no chance for vindication to persons who have any sense of morality.

That is false. Please don't misrepresent what I say. That is dishonest. I said this:

I increasingly see Paterno coming out of this vindicated, although the media and lynch mob would never apologize.

Note how I did not say he was going to come out of this vindicated. Instead, I said that I see it more and more likely.

It's a waste of time to debate with dishonest posters. I'm done with you.

He knows he will be sued down to his sox.

A building under construction, L'ambiance Plaza, collapsed in 1987 killing dozens of workers. The lawyers sued everyone in sight, even the canteen truck driver. Getting sued is no measure of guilt. It's more of a measure of how much money you have.
