STATE COLLEGE (Reuters) - Penn State says alleged child sex abuser Jerry Sandusky is "not welcome" on its campus, but the university so far has no legal recourse to keep the former assistant football coach away.

In her bail ruling, Judge Leslie Dutchot ordered the former defensive coordinator not to have any contact with minors, witnesses or alleged victims.

The ruling placed no restrictions on his travel. Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, advised Sandusky and his wife to take a trip ahead of the next legal proceeding to clear his head, he told CNN.

In effect, Sandusky is free to return to the Penn State campus, something school officials are powerless to stop.

Maybe, maybe not.

And who knows what he could have done about things if he did know.

Screw you

That about sums up the culture and attitude of Penn State and its cult followers.

Indeed, Thailand (Bangkok in particular) isn't called the "Candy Shop" for no reason. It's also earned

If my local McDonald’s can put up a sign saying “We reserve the right to refuse service...” why can’t Penn State chuck who it wants off its property?

You claimed he was going to out of this vindicated,

That is false. Please don't misrepresent what I say. That is dishonest. I said this:

I increasingly see Paterno coming out of this vindicated, although the media and lynch mob would never apologize.

Note how I did not say he was going to come out of this vindicated. Instead, I said that I see it more and more likely.

It's a waste of time to debate with dishonest posters. I'm done with you.

What a weasel! Make up your mind.

He knows he will be sued down to his sox.

A building under construction, L'ambiance Plaza, collapsed in 1987 killing dozens of workers. The lawyers sued everyone in sight, even the canteen truck driver. Getting sued is no measure of guilt. It's more of a measure of how much money you have.

We don’t know what he did do, and we don’t know what he would have done.

The two may very well be similar, though.

Yes, let’s all jump to conclusions and pretend we know things when we really have no idea.

I’m done with you.

Thank you for admitting defeat. Now if only your Penn State idols would do the same.

“If you can’t see the difference between the two, I can’t help you.”

If you can’t tell the difference between meaningful and specious differences, then “I can’t help you.” Oh, and “I’m done with you.”

Seriously, though, do you ever stop to wonder whether constantly washing your hands of conversational partners means you protest too much?

[You claimed he was going to out of this vindicated,]

That is false. Please don't misrepresent what I say. That is dishonest. I said this: I increasingly see Paterno coming out of this vindicated, although the media and lynch mob would never apologize. Note how I did not say he was going to come out of this vindicated. Instead, I said that I see it more and more likely.

Your own words state, 'I see increasingly see Paterno coming of this vindicated...'

The words 'more and more likely' were NOT in your comment.

Now by using the word increasingly' you meant that you were more confident'. So maybe you had better learn to read your OWN posts.

It's a waste of time to debate with dishonest posters. I'm done with you.

Learn to read before calling others dishonest.

So, NOW you say it is 'likely' that Paterno is vindicated, I say it is IMPOSSIBLE since he admitted 'he could (or should) have done more'.

Where is the 'WE ARE PENN STATE' chant at the end of the post!

Lets pretend we don’t have ANY facts so we can continue to chant, WE ARE PENN STATE’.
