In the Philippines, heat ripened eggs are a delicacy; called "balut" (pronounced: bah-loot). I remember being there in the seventies and seeing the carts being pushed down the street with the barkers calling out "Bah Loot, Bah Loot, Fepsi"

Conservative agitprop used to manipulate the sheeple into believing that people don’t respect America now that Obama’s President.

Everybody knows that the seas have stopped rising, the planet is healing and Filipinos love Hilary and Obama’s foreign policy.

Not like under Bush.

You just reminded me of this. If Hilary were a conservative black man the media would be reporting that story 24/7 along with all her lies and gaffes until he (she) resigned in disgrace.

No they were probably “Baluts”, I think I speeled them correctally...hehe

They are a little crunchy when you eat them...It is a delicacy over there...

I washed a few down with some genuine San Miguel beer on occasional visits to P.I. back in the day...

Sometimes a lot of San Miguel before eating a lot of things over there...It tends to sanitize and prepare your digestive system for what is to come...

;-)

Salamat, Pinoys/Pinays !!

I am sure they will say walang anuman. My Pinay just became a US citizen yesterday, the right way, through the immigration process. We have a new voting conservative.
