Matthews wishes he could have been Marilyn Monroe.

On Kennedy's signal economic achievement -- making the case for
the deep tax cuts passed after his death -- Matthews spends less
than a page in a 400-page book.

And Kennedy's daughter, Caroline, tried to prevent people from using a
speech by a President, in making the case for what became the
Bush Tax Cuts.

I bet Matthews spent zero words on that...

Chris Matthews is the DNC`s house puppy—he drools over and worships Kennedy and Clinton like a little boy looking for a father figure. He plays like he`s this working class beer-drinking regular guy, but he`s a preppy. His uncritical, boyish worship of Kennedy has always been embarassing; now that he`s giving JFK credit for the fall of the Berlin Wall he`s gone to full-blown delusional.

One crushing irony in these words:
“what Kennedy did, how far he swam.....”
Kind of puts you in mind of another Kennedy,
twenty-some years later, doesn’t it?

Why bother reading anything by Chrissy the Sissy anyway? You know in advance that it’ll be full of liberal claptrap!

In a historic battle with the Japanese Navy, Kennedy fell asleep and got run over by a Japanese destroyer. Heroic, truly heroic. Reminds me of Hector at Troy.
“Brave Hector! The Greeks are at the gates!”
“Zzzzzzzz......Zzzzzzzz”.
The stuff of legend.

The Cuban thing was a disaster.

Russia's act of war in putting missiles so close to us was justification to capture them and Cuba.

And it should have been done, but JFK was a wimp whose only concern was skirt chasing.

It would have hastened the end of the Cold War, maybe obviated Viet Nam, maybe Berlin, maybe even scared the towel heads from getting uppity.

JFK and his wretched family did incalculable damage to the USA.

Don't get me started on Teddy's open door policy on immigration (especially professionals) that absolutely destroyed the nation and turned it into the multiculti mess it is.

"A Little Hardball With Chris Matthews"

Any hardball at all is worth while. One of the problems with the MSM is that they only meet themselves in their elite circles and they thus live in a world removed from reality. The so-called 'Town Hall' format would be good if the questions were not reviewed in advance and if the questioners were given a chance to debate (argue) with the politician. That might limit the talking points and platitudes that are the norm.

Thanks for the post.

Some people will sell their souls for a buck. Chrissy did a long time ago.
