Good luck paying for it with your taxes or borrowing... OOOPs... I forget, OTHER STATES might be forced to chip in.
And it won’t get any cheaper either.
The subways in LA are being paid for by folks who will never use them, it’s just the “CA way”.
The “revenues” are coming in under projections, something like $5B per month under(SURPRISE!!!), the deficit is growing, the spending is not slowing.
