Newt's company was paid, sheesh.
Did Buffet invest $10 billion in IBM? No, Berkshire Hathaway did.

Lets see.. we take $1.6 million divided by 7 (years) equals $228,571.43, next I take this amount and divide by 12 (months in a year) equals $19,047.62, next I divide this amount by 1 hour per month, this equals
$19,047.62 per Hour!
Call me foolish, but I think that is kind of expense for a history lesson.

I don't even want to hear about Newt until they do the same to Obama for hiring Frank Raines after he cooked the books for 5 years. He got hired as an "economic adviser". Johnson from Freddie mac was the same. He found Biden as the VP.
How can advising Freddie for one hour be the same as the guy that ran it into the ground and then cooked the books and lied under oath in House and Senate hearings? I don't know how much Johnson got but Franklin got $90 million.

MSNBC is having a cow over this. The hypocrisy of both Newt and the MSM is hilarious.

How much pay and time spent for said pay does old slick the bent one get for his advice to different entities?

The point is that he obviously wasn’t paid for history lessons. What was he being paid for? Sounds like corruption to me even if corrupt lawmakers haven’t made it illegal.

He was paid to influence GOP Congressman not to dig so deep into Freddie Mac’s problems, see we hired one of you, we aren’t so bad, leave us alone.

I would almost rather have 4 more years of Obama than 8 years of another corrupt Chicago style RINO. I did say almost.

$19,047.62 per Hour!
I guess that makes him a “Part-Time” DC Hack that makes a lot of money per hour.

It’s kind of like comparing the guy in bed with your wife and the one filming it. Which one is the sleaze?

All the hacks in DC are ripping us off.
To: freedomfiter2
As at least one other poster has mentioned - if we work hard perhaps the senate and the house will be Republican. They would be able to fight an Obama - but would just rubber-stamp anything a president with an “R” after his name might propose.
Plus - electing a RINO only furthers the “only ‘moderates’ can get elected”.

Nothing different than 95% of our wonderful politicians! So, if you are not going to condemn them all - especially the Democrats that do the same thing (after all, it is legal) then don’t raise such a fuss now during the election.
Yes, it should be stopped, and yes, it is corrupt!
Are you going to throw him out and elect Romney who is just as bad or worse I assure you....
