Obama wants a deal, in exchange for quitting. Whether it be a cushy lifetime appointment someplace or millions of dollars or a guarentee that he won’t be prosecuted for high crimes or whatever.

Why would Obama quit?
The Republican choices are terrible, the media will propagandize and cover up for him, he's never going to be held accountable in a court of law or impeachment proceedings for his crimes and/or bad policies
And the #1 reason he won't quit is the America voters who were stupid enough to elect him are more than stupid enough to re-elect him.
His approval ratings should be in the teens at best, he doesn't deserve to win more than 5 states, yet as of now he is still the favorite to win again. Americans are just idiots.
