Tony Villar, the Mayor, would be out demonstrating with the rowdies if he didn’t have his political career to think of. His goal is to become CA governor so he can essentially make the state part of Mexico.

Thanks for the education! I had no idea it is that messed up!
At this point, I would just give it to them. Not much good (exept Ronnie) has come out of California...especially Hollywood.

When Emperor Villaraigosa runs out of tribute, Alaric will lead his Visigoths to Los Angeles and sack it.

The problem with these cretons getting these kinds of perks, is that conservatives never sue over them. When a conservative sneezes, some liberal will go to court and file a law suit against the sneezer for contaminating the air. Conservatives just want to live and let live.

You are correct!

At age 34, as Antonio Villar, he married Corina Raigosa November 28, 1987,[89] and adopted a combination of their last names as his family name.

So does this mean that the city has some unoccupied office space that they are willing to give away or are they confiscating some private owner’s office space?

Hopefully he is not kicking out some “homeless” wetbacks from the office space, or maybe they will all share kumbaya together.

How much more idiocy can this country stand?

That’s fine. Just let these )@(*@ lib mayors and city official keep supporting this “movement” of whiny middle class kids. It’ll only hurt the dems come election time.
All this is a the radical left “We want more programs” bunch.

They’re nasty, dirty, vile, lazy, spoiled, and their numbers are not even a big deal.
Yet we have to read and hear about them EVERY SINGLE DAY.

LA is doomed. It’s such a shame Cali has so many electoral votes.

“I have argued with hippie commies that America is great. A group of their hippie commie brethern could join funds and buy a farm and live out their hippie commie utopian dream.”

Fat chance. Find me a single piece of land in the US that you can purchase for a flat price and then use to live a fully self-sustaining lifestyle. Nobody “owns” land here anymore. You rent if from the government and pay them a constantly increasing tax rate every year.

Also, nearly everything you see around you is regulated to death in some way. Sometimes you must pay for simply for the government to check compliance. Crops, livestock, structures, kitchen sinks, etc, etc. An example from my industry: In many jurisdictions, you must pay “the man” a percentage of any construction project just for them to look at the plans. One renovated floor in a building can cost tens of thousands just for the review. The rules are so ridiculous that public building often get “exceptions”.

If the “man” wants to give you a hard time for any reason, they can pull countless reasons out of their bottomless hat of regulations.

I personally know of existing farming communes in Mexico, Jamaica and Costa Rica. They have been self-sustaining for decades and government stays out of their hair. The US government has become a nagging nanny tangled in its own web of rules.
