When Herman Cain entered Atlanta's Morehouse College in the fall of 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. had just delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech. During his first semester, four black girls were killed in a Birmingham, Ala., church bombing. Young African-Americans flocked to Dr. King's call for nonviolent action or its more radical offshoots.

Herman Cain was taking abstract algebra when the fecal specimen that currently soils the White House was still in diapers.

What, can there not be an article without some reference to the unfounded sexual hogwash? How fast did Gloria and her client fell off the frontpages.

Go, Cain!

Can’t read their premium crap, but is this parody? What a selfish monster he was! Staying out of trouble, learning to make his own way in the world, not saving those poor girls in B’ham. Typical sociopathic conservative and a race traitor to boot!
Cain’s not my choice, but this is really ridiculous.

One has to subscribe to read the rest of the article, but here is an excellent comment after the article:

Leslie Williams wrote:

Your article—along with the rest of the media—fails to mention that Herman Cain has far-more managerial experience than any President in American history.

Cain is also the one presidential candidate who has a bold plan that will create 12 million jobs, revive America’s economy and make us competitive in the world again (cf. analysis by CNN anchor Erin Burnett’s OutFront economic strike force team, October 2011).

Only one presidential candidate has been relentlessly smeared by the media’s turning him into a garish caricature of an affirmative-action, low-life, gang-banger bimbo who has dared to leave the hood in order to stalk white blondes.

Herman Cain is the only one.

It took Cain 40 years to build his reputation for being an honest, successful, hard-working businessman and CEO.

And it took the media two short weeks to destroy his integrity, his reputation, his long track record of success and his presidential candidacy.

Rarely in agreement on anything, the Left and Right media united to use hearsay, gossip and gutter politics to slime Cain.

They united to beat the “he-dumb” and “he-mean” drums that one might expect from a pack of cowardly racists rather than from supposedly educated journalists.

Their relentless ridicule and hyperbole and misreporting of Cain has revealed many members of the Left and Right media to be the mouthpieces of the corrupt elite powerbrokers who can’t risk having an honest outsider and savvy businessman as the next U.S. President.

Corrupt powerbrokers—and America’s apparently equally corrupt media—don’t want Cain who has said that the first thing that he’ll do when he’s in office is find out where all of the stimulus money went.

They fear Cain who knows how to balance a budget and make government smaller, more efficient and accountable so that money can’t just disappear.

They fear the outsider CEO who will treat Americans like shareholders, be honest with them, and tell them what’s really going behind D.C.’s closed doors.

Corrupt elite powerbrokers and the media don’t want Cain’s flat-tax plan because it will de-corrupt” Congress by preventing them from creating tax loopholes and write-offs for their good buddies. Cain’s plan will make all taxes visible and easily monitored and controlled by voters, so that Congress can’t “sneak-add” taxes to goods and services. His plan will lower the cost of goods and makes them competitive, because it’s a “tax-once only” system rather than the current system that taxes goods multiple times from production to the marketplace.

Corrupt powerbrokers who hate America don’t want Cain who cares deeply our country and understands—as does former U.S. Comptroller General David Walker—that America is hurling towards economic destruction, and we don’t have four more years to waste.

Corrupt powerbrokers know that this election is America’s last chance to get it right.

They want America to settle for “more of the same” and “business as usual.”

And Herman Cain isn’t “more of the same,” and he won’t play “business as usual.”

Cain is not a polished politician. He stumbles over his words and sometimes misspeaks—just as President Obama has on many occasions such as when he said that America had 57 states; called an oxygen mask a “breathalyzer, ” and called Russia “the Soviet Union” which has been defunct since 1991.

But unlike President Obama, Congress, the Super Committee and many in the media, Cain knows that crippling debt will destroy any company and any country.

As a former board member of the Kansas City Federal Reserve, Cain knows that owning a printing press isn’t enough to give value to a fiat currency if it loses its reserve currency status. He knows what disasters await us if that happens.

Dear Mr Cain,
I am sure your people read this forum, if you really want to take the lead in a fashion never seen before say this to the camera next time you see one:

Upon Election I will immediately follow in President Eisenhower’s footsteps regarding ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, Operation WETBACK will be vigorously instituted and enforced starting the day of my swearing in as Commander and Chief. We have hundreds of thousands of Veterans returning from Service and there is no damn good reason to allow 30 million Illegal Invaders to Keep those Jobs, They belong to AMERICANS.

The “More radical” were not offshoots of Dr. King’s movement; they were communist inspired and backed.

SHe’s absolutely right. How much more of this crap are we going to take from the media? They did it to Palin, they did it to him. I’m still voting for Cain in the primary. I find him him candid, honest and above all a positive and decent human being. Yes he has faults, so do the others. If he doesn’t make it through the primaries then I’ll have to reconsider. It won’t be the first time.

Excellent piece...and, Herman Cain still lives to fight another day!!! POTUS Obama is deathly terrified of Mr. Cain, but.....it is not just Obama that fears Cain, although IMHO Obama is behind the “Politico” & Bimbo attacks and is also behind the threats that started with Obama’s Congressional Black Caucus and the direct threats of potential bodily harm, that prompted Cain to ask for “Secret Service” protection. Obama, along with his buddies, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Louie Farrakhan, Bill Ayres, Van Jones, Valerie Jarrett, etc., of course is capable of anything destructive from A-Z!!! However, both the Democrat & Republican” establishments also dread any Cain success. Herman Cain is a game changer, which none of the other Republican candidates are, excepting Michelle Bachmann. Cain would truly bring real, productive “Hope & Change” to America. IMHO, if the American people do not create a “sea change” in political direction, come next November 2012, this grand, great country will disappear, never to return again!!! And....the sad thing is, Americans have done this to themselves. I wonder if they will ever learn, there is no such thing as a free lunch!!!

That’s well stated. This is going to be a test of whether the American voters want a predictable, glib, talking-points spewer, or a man who admits he doesn’t have all the answers (but knows how to get them), who isn’t all-knowing and all-seeing (but will surround himself with the best experts in each field), and who sometimes blitzes himself with a slip of the tongue (like orginary folks do).

Mr. Cain is not perfect nor does his he or anyone make that claim. But what he is, is a businessman. And what do businessmen do? They solve problems in the real world, where real dollars, jobs, and measureable results are the report card. They cast a vision and build teams and coalitions to bring them to reality, while personally standing in front of a Board of Directors to accept the consequences, either way.

In other words, they behave in ways that are almost totally foreign to how politics and government operate. Many of us on the Cain Train support him not because he is Herman Cain, but because he is the first example of the kind of leader we want.

At one time I thought Mitt Romney would be that kind of businessman-leader, but we’ve seen how he has adopted the habits of the elitist politician instead.

Herman Cain stands alone in the present field of candidates.

Hooah!

I am fed up with politicians, period. Vote them all out or make them defend their decisions in a primary every time they are up for election.

"And....the sad thing is, Americans have done this to themselves. I wonder if they will ever learn, there is no such thing as a free lunch!!!"

That is not a truth the weak-minded envious will EVER embrace, so they have organized a political party that represents their primitive (REgressive)"beliefs". The 'RAT party deliberately makes its appeal to the lower nature in people. The strong resist their lower nature and aspire to higher values (the "better angels" of human nature). There can be no REAL "meeting of the minds" between the weak-minded (immature) worldview, and the strong-minded (mature) worldview. Compromising with the weak-minded is a fool's errand. bttt

"In order to advance into capitalism, human beings had to get past the “envy barrier” and tolerate the idea that some people will have more than others.

In primitive groups, envy is so pervasive that no one is allowed to have more than anyone else--they are trapped in a "zero sum" theory of economics, just as are many liberals today.

To naive leftists, a primitive culture may look like an egalitarian paradise, but it is actually a paranoid and envious hell, with everyone fearful of the “evil eye” of his envious neighbor should he acquire more than him. For this reason, primitive groups mindlessly destroy surpluses or engage in sacrifices to their “envious” gods. ...

Envy is such an important but generally ignored concept, probably because people don't want to consider the sinister ways it operates in their own lives. But it is a key that unlocks many mysteries, particularly in politics. So strong and pervasive is envy, that you cannot have a political system that doesn't accommodate or find some way to manage envy. You might say that one party will generally represent the envied, the other the envious.

Guess which ones.

"If we could somehow eliminate envy from the human genome, there would be almost no reason for the left to exist. They would instantly lose that which animates them, for example, envy masquerading as justice or economic theory. In order to be happy, we must all keep our envy in check, because envy is the opposite of gratitude. Envy does not appreciate what one has, only what one doesn’t have. And our capacity to imagine what we do not have--and that someone else is enjoying it--is literally infinite, as is envy. .."
