Suspension gap riles St. Paul school board

About 15 percent of black students in St. Paul were suspended at least once last year, compared with 3 percent of whites.

To address the problem, the district decided in 2009 to spend about $450,000 of $58 million it received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to institute the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. The program requires administrators and teachers to periodically evaluate their school rules and determine which ones call for suspensions and which call for lesser punishments. They're also encouraged to be more explicit about what is expected of students in order to be successful at school. "We're no longer going to assume that students know how to behave in school," said Tom Delaney, the district's assistant administrator for its PBIS program.

That's cause 0dumb0's & Eric Holder's people are committing 5 times (or more) of the fights, assults, & rapes in the publik skoool system. However liberal idiots retards don't want to acknowledge that the source of the problem are the blacks themselves, so instead they will waste $450,000 to go through some white, gut-wrenching guilt trip to shift the blame onto white people for the crimes committed by these feral black criminals.

“We're no longer going to assume that students know how to behave in school,” said Tom Delaney,

Now there is a novel idea.

“Among other things, deeply rooted stereotypes could play into administrators’ attitudes toward students “

That is probably it. Racism, every problem in the black community is racism. We all know that.

This is too, too easy.

Hire Joe Clark, give him an ALUMINUM baseball bat, give him a green light and tell the whiny whiner parents to STFU!

I say one or two weeks, problem solved.

Ya Think?

What the skrewl could do is when one Whitey gets suspended add a few more to the list who didn't do a thing.

When are we going to demand that the black community answer for their horrific record? Why are so many blacks criminals, so many delinquents, so many on welfare?!!! Why?!

The straight answer to, “A higher percentage of blacks is....” should be, “Indeed! Explain yourselves!”

There's the solution. Suspend all their paleface friends, and all their girlfriends, too.

Remember: 15% is the goal.

Well, this is school and they're probably just preparing the "utes" for the (MISERABLE) life they're going to make for themselves.

Blacks are more violence prone, so this will be the case. Percentage wise, more blacks are in prisons. They also rape more, kill more, rob more, percentage wise. I do not see how anyone can argue this report is racist? Facts do not lie.

Call me an old white man, but when I was coming up through the grades, almost every non-white ethnicity (except for the Asians) seemed to be on the lookout to cause trouble wherever they could create it.

ONE school district received 58 million dollars???
How many school districts are there in the country?
What a farce!! No wonder no roads/bridges got repaired with that money.
