ATLANTA -- Herman Cain on Monday pre-emptively denied a forthcoming accusation by a woman who is expected to say she had a 13-year affair with the Republican presidential candidate.
In an apparent effort to get ahead of the story, Cain appeared in a cable news interview to say the woman is "someone who I know, who is an acquaintance, who I thought was a friend."
MyFoxAtlanta.com released some details of the story, which is scheduled to air Monday night, shortly after Cain appeared on CNN -- identifying the accuser as an Atlanta businesswoman named Ginger White.
"It was pretty simple," White told the station. "It wasn't complicated. I was aware that he was married. And I was also aware I was involved in a very inappropriate situation, relationship."

I just saw her on Special Report. She is a hard looking broad and they said she was unemployed. She looks like a perfect candidate for chicanery by this Regime. She had absolutely nothing in the way of proof of any affair and was also very vague.
Sadly, he’s prolly toast (regardless of truth). I really like him.
I must admit, someone really really doesn’t want him to win the primaries. I would still support almost anyone but Romney...but even I leave a little room for him, if he wins. I feel sorry for Cain, it seems they really have it in for him.

The first few times this play is run, it tends to catch the home team by surprise. But after it is trotted out too quickly and too often again, there should be some shift in defense - which is a lot like sacking the quarterback.
Let’s pull out all the stops - anything the other side does (and we now have a pretty good idea of their playbook), has to be widely publicized, and the real dirty tricksters made known.
Nice guys finish last. Winning may not be everything, but losing isn’t anything.
Of course there are unmistakable photos of the Cain and the alleged lover over the years. Right?

Someone needs to “James O’Keefe” these MSM bastards who are setting up Cain, they need to tape phone calls of the DNC offereing money to get people to tell lies about Cain and blow it all up in the faces.....

She says during the next 13 years, he would fly her to cities where he was speaking and he lavished her with gifts. She says they often stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead and dined at The Four Seasons restaurant. She says he never harassed her, never treated her poorly, and was the same man you see on the campaign trail.
“Very much the same, very much confident, very much sure of himself,” White said, describing Cain. “Very arrogant in a playful sometimes way. Very, ah — Herman Cain loves Herman Cain.”
When his new book, CEO of SELF, came out in 2001, she says Cain once again autographed it for her writing, “Friends are forever! Everything else is a bonus.”
When asked if it was fair to say the relationship is going on even now, White said, “I think it is safe to say that after this interview, that will be the end of it. Yes, we have a friendship now.”
She says the physical relationship ended about eight months ago, right before Cain announced he was running for president. But the communication did not. When we asked for any corroborating evidence, she pointed us to her cell phone contacts. One name: Herman Cain.
She showed us some of her cell phone bills that included 61 phone calls or text messages to or from a number starting with 678. She says it is Herman Cain’s private cell phone. The calls were made during four different months— calls or texts made as early as 4:26 in the early morning, and as late as 7:52 at night. The latest were in September of this year.
“We’ve never worked together,” said White. “And I can’t imagine someone phoning or texting me for the last two and a half years, just because.”
We texted the number and Herman Cain called us back. He told us he “knew Ginger White” but said these are “more false allegations.” He said she had his number because he was “trying to help her financially.”

In terms of “up the sleeve”, if this latest story proves true then Cain has to be the biggest horse’s behind of 21st century politics. Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults – a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public. No individual, whether a private citizen, a candidate for public office or a public official, should be questioned about his or her private sexual life
If Cain did not do it, he should fire his lawyer.

This is so freaking laughable, it's so obvious who they are afraid of, heck they are TERRIFIED of Herman Cain.
5 accusers = time to donate time and money to the Cain campaign.
So what? Even if everything she alleges is true, this is sleazy. Not so much the affair but spilling the beans to hurt someone you love. I dare say this tells us more about Ms. White than it does about Cain.

I think he is done now... sad to see this. It doesn’t matter if I believe the lady or not... if true, he has a lot of fences to mend at home. If not, well... I think he has a lot of fences to mend at home.
I wish I could say this event was in response to anything, but I don’t think it’s a strategery by anyone to have this woman come forward. It’s just an event percolating out of the subculture, like Lady Gaga pulling down her pants to take a sh*t on stage.
Will Cain survive this? Possibly. Hopefully.

I say he can come back from this if he can prove that she's lying. I also say that he's smart enough to know that he is done if she can prove that she's telling the truth. That's why is quick denial tells me that she is lying or he knows that she has no proof.
With Gingrich tanking, they must have felt the need to bring up this non-story. An alleged affair. Which by the way is not a crime last time I checked. And its irrelevant to Cain’s candidacy because it doesn’t shed light on what he may or may not have done. But it does tell us about how far the media is willing to go to destroy a man and his reputation... on the mere word of a floozy!
So he allegedly treated this woman great for 13 years by her own claims, but we are supposed to believe he tries to rape women in cars and harasses them at work?
yes, some one is going through a Herculean effort to snuff of Cain candidacy. Is this new woman a democrat voter? Any connection with David Axelrod, to go along the previous two?
Agreed...without proof she will never be believed by Cain supporters...and a 13 year affair leaves proof...but my guess is...she does have proof...and she will bring it out in due time.
