Another massive failure and hole in Newt’s plan is that there is no requirement that States and even Federal Agencies check on the immigration status of those requesting social services.

So while his plan makes noises about keeping people from getting social services, it does nothing to enforce it.

Absolutely nothing.

This is totally false. People who want to know the reality, see Newt's plan, especially section 6, which describes in some detail how the people in question will have to stay off all entitlement programs. Or be deported.

SoConPubbie you are lying and you need to stop.

The Kriebel Foundation Newt cites as the basis for his "new" "plans" has as it's basic premise that there are millions of jobs that Americans simply "won't do", and that we "need" illegals to do them. Take a look at this video and see what happens when jobs taken by illegals are liberated.

So while his plan makes noises about keeping people from getting social services, it does nothing to enforce it.

And therein lies the problems with his proposal but he is not the sole arbiter of what will be come law. We also need a whole new crop of legislators as well.

Remember folks, we are electing a President, not a King! The real source of the laws we want lies directly in both houses of Congress so lets not accept blinders to the possibility of a Republican White House that has to deal with the likes of Boehnor and his mostly impotent gang.

We have a field set for the White House and constantly haranguing out one or the other will be a net loss if we also do not start doing the same for each state's representatives. I know multitasking can be an issue with some, but we also need to start ramping up our supporting needs to a new administration.

I know there are state forums here so lets start to use them the same way we are doing here to get the best possible team to wrest the helm away from the Establishment.
