Problem is that the Obama Administration sees Newt as being a greater threat than Romney (Newt will tear Obama a new one in debates), and will now turn its attention to destroying Newt. Romney is being saved for the general.

“I disagree, they are drooling to get Romney as the only pubbie candidate, he’s the most beatable.”

Why do you say that? I talked to 2 moderates at work. One said he would definately vote for Romney (he somewhat liked Cain in the beginning and likes Newt too). The other said she liked Romney. The liberal...well I don’t even bring up politics with her anymore. The only poll I trust is the Rasmussen Poll. Who ever he shows will beat Obama has my vote. We can always get rid of Romney or Newt in 4 years if they don’t follow through with their promises. Obama will destroy this country if he has 4 more years.

Brilliant my ass, newt is as dumb as a box of rocks, you push his little button and he slings his nineteen spoonfuls of crap at the wall, all of which sound wonderful, all it takes is a few billion to see if they work. Just takes more government and more government.

Newt kicked their ass in ‘94, some are old enough to remember. He’s “not dead yet”, much to their consternation.

There is going to be a brokered convention.

The RINO elite want Myth. The Tea Party will not accept Myth. P> Irresistible force. Immovable object.

You got that right, Both Romney and Gingrich think government is the solution.

Cain isn’t one of the anointed ones. He was supposed to be a fringe candidate, but he actually started leading the polls so he had to be taken down. Face it, the nominee will be Romney and we get another 4-8 years of “compassionate conservatism” if he wins.

He may not be destroyed, but he has been seriously damaged politically. And, I believe and hope, quite unfairly.

Beyond any political implications, especially assuming these have been fabricated allegations, the emotional damage is done to one who prides himself on his reputation, just by being the target of this type charge.

Cain and Newt are ready-made candidates for the Obama/Axelrod machine. They will be easy for the MSM to assist because there aren’t any court records to unseal - not that it would be a problem for Axelrod. The DNC has already started the campaign against Romney flip flops.

The “independent” vote is not moderate as defined by the media. Further, the media, to serve the “progress” of it’s own ideology, defines moderate as liberal or anti-conservative. This is a lie.

In reality the independents are uninformed (don’t understand about politics), conservative or socialist. A clearly spoken conservative will pick up most independents. A liberal Republican won’t pick up the leftist independents and won’t inspire conservative independents.

Romney won’t inspire independents any more than McCain or Dole did.

I strongly disagree with the mitbot presumption. If the attack is in fact left driven it’s that they fear him anywhere on the ticket. Cain takes away most of the race baiting that the occupant in the White Hut plans.

They didn’t destroy Cain, they destroyed the gutless constituents.

Willard Romney is a lying dork with serious psychological problems!

More Proof:

Read below….

too easy..

http://www.politico.com/2012-election/

A Democratic strategist points gleefully to Mitt Romney’s answer tonight on Fox News with Bret Baier about the last book he’s reading.

Romney said he was reading a “fun” book now, but “I just read ‘decision points’ by President Bush.”

Back in May, in an NBC News interview, Romney said, “Last book I read was a novel called The Rule Of Nines, which was just fun…a more serious book, I finished President Bush’s book, ‘Decisions,’ and enjoyed that very much.”

The strategist seized on it as a way to reverse the flip-flop narrative and saying “after a rough few weeks of flip-flopping all over the place…his handlers must have told him today that he can’t change his positions on a daily basis. He must have taken their advice a little too literally, because today when asked what book he just read he had the same answer from seven months ago.

If Mitt Romney hasn’t read a book lately, he should just come out and say it. Romney demonstrated once again that he’s incapable of being truthful about issues large and small.”

notice too how Cain initially suspected Newt and not Romney).

Cain is good at finger pointing. He initially blamed Perry when the bimbo eruption started. A question not needed to be asked is who started the hunting camp controversy against Perry. A disruptor calling others disruptors

Stuff your Romney-love. When actual votes are tallied, we’ll see who does what.

I believe Cain said Perry might have been the one out for him at the beginning of this, not Newt.

Cain Destroyed not by a long shot

Newt would be a distant 2nd if and when.

Bachman, Perry, Romney well there running is not even worth mentioning.
