No, my problem is your CONTORTED justice system. If you’re UNABLE to put animals like this into jail, then you REALLY ARE a bunch of total wimps.

Actually we had that problem in New Orleans, where we had local judges that simply would not put blacks in jail.
The federal government stepped in and took over the job of these courts...and those ‘youths’ got put away.
Perhaps you guys can learn from that example...
