Judge Napolitano "What if..." its all true?

After the 12/01/2001 Congressional enactment of SB 1867
to covertly ditch each person's rights
it is appears that there is no other real choice left, no remedy left
except to turn to the Creator of those rights for their defense.

If God does not act to redeem and defend us we have ALL been enslaved.

God can and does act.

It is our time for fasting, repentance and imprecatory prayer for judgment upon those who make themselves God's enemy.

The National Defense Authorization Act, SB 1867, including Section 1031 which
includes the provision for indefinite detention of American citizens by the
military.

The individual is handicapped when
coming face to face with a conspiracy
so monstrous that he cannot believe it exists.” [in the United States]
J. Edgar Hoover

At this point our freedoms are already lost, we are a nation of enslaved. They steal our earnings and those of future generations to redistribute not only to non tax paying Americans but also to free loaders in Europe.

The elite’s oil policy, and I include both parties, has been nothing but a massive socialist redistribution program as has been the phony free trade issue with China.

The ruling republican elites have aided the democrats in delivering us up to the international socialist cabal.

Republicans just passed a bill that allows the military to detain and hold anyone living in the US without a judge or jury looking at any evidence, merely at the behest of the WH.

We are all enemies of the state now.

"To crack heads?" Lehrer asks.

“...a bill that allows the military to detain and hold anyone living in the US without a judge or jury looking at any evidence, merely at the behest of the WH.”

Here I think, is another example of government “erring on the side of caution” on behalf of itself.

I am asking this because I do not know.

Doesn’t this nullify “Habeas Corpus”?

“If God does not act to redeem and defend us we have ALL been enslaved.”

While I believe in God and fasting and praying and all that we have been given a unique opportunity not known in Jesus day. We have a form of government whereby we are expected to govern ourselves. When that form of government becomes tyrannical we have the freedom to, and the responsibility to, take it down and form another.
“Faith without works is dead”.
Without our active participation in redeeming this country our faith is dead.

"What if..." its all true?

Well, that applies to just about every conspiracy theory out there.

The larger point is, what are the facts on the ground telling us?

Would Obama love to have these powers? Yes.

Does the legislation as currently proposed grant those powers against US citizens? Not that I have seen.

The jump from 'what if' to 'is' is the biggest leap in any conspiracy theory.

The law is unconstitutional, period. But as with McCain-Feingold and others, how long will it take to get to the SCOTUS?

“What if...” its all true?”

What if it isn’t?

“...includes the provision for indefinite detention of American citizens by the military.”

Better stated as:

...includes the provision to handle in accordance with Military Law and the Law of War, American citizens captured as belligerents engaged in hostilities against the United States, to include trial by Military Commission, detention till the end of hostilities, and other applicable disposal in accordance with Military Law and the Law of War.

Yes, because relying on men to do what is right has worked SO WELL.

This nation has turned away from God and will pay the rprice for it. We have gone so far that if God spared us, He’d probably have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.

Relying on or trusting in man to ‘fix’ our problems is a great mistake that we continue to make, at our own peril and to our own detriment.

‘Does the legislation as currently proposed grant those powers against US citizens? Not that I have seen.’

But the bedrock has been laid down, so the correct answer is probably ‘not yet’, or ‘not under the current interpretation’.

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 — The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

So just how in the HELL can they pass a law to indefinitely detain anyone without appeal?

Do we need to form a “Citizens’ Compliance Militia” to guard the Constitution?

Agreed.

“Faith without works is dead”

See 'Journal of Constitutional Reset from Virginia' to view the prepared grounds for battle.

Much of what is needed could happen as if by natural gravity IF God chooses to touch Va Gov. Bob McDonnell's heart and incline him to embrace his honorable duty rather than customary felony.

At this small point in time I think the most important and effective works that can be done is in area of prayer warrior works.

I think it best if Gov. McDonnell not be leaned on too hard through political channels right now.

God may choose to use him regardless of his ego or his neo-con friends. It would be best if God did most of the restructuring of Gov. McDonnell's POV - not us.

To a large degree the layout of the battlefield needs to become McDonnell's - not mine or anyone else's.

There is plenty of more conventional political work to be done that will become doable and easy once our constitutionally republican-rule-of-law is restored. So first things first in the order of battle, IMHO.

See This Country’s Time: Calling all Prayer Warriors to agree with God - 'Constitutional Reset' can be Va. Gov. McDonnell's gift to our country.

Boots-on-the-Ground 4 'Constitutional Reset' You can see a whole bunch of follow-on conventional works at http://TeaPartyConstitutionalists.ning.com

There is large menu of 'low hanging fruit' to be picked. Once that is done the remainder becomes much easier, IMHO.

Not my calling yet.
Constitutional Law is more my calling.
Recourse to a personal, rapport-based, relationship with all that is within the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” is result, necessity and appetite.
