The real war in Iran
Jewish World Review ^ | 12/2/11 | Caroline Glick

Something is happening in Iran. Forces are in motion. But what is happening? And who are the forces that are on the move? Since this week's bombing in Isfahan, the world media is rife with speculation that the war with Iran over its nuclear weapons program has begun. But if the war has begun, who is fighting it? What are their aims? And what are their methods and means of attack?

Wednesday the Times of London published a much cited article about this week's blast in Isfahan. The article referred to the bombed installation as a "uranium enrichment facility." But there is no uranium enrichment facility at Isfahan. Rather there is a uranium conversion facility.

As the news analysis website "The Missing Peace," explained, a UCF is an installation where yellowcake is converted into uranium hexafluoride, or UF6. In Iran, the UF6 from Isfahan is sent to Natanz, where it is enriched.

While Isfahan's UCF may be a reasonable target in an all-out attack on Iran's nuclear program, it is not a vital installation. According to American military analyst J.E. Dyer, it would not be a priority target for Western governments whose primary goal is to neutralize Iran's nuclear weapons program.

is clear proof that Obama simply didn't know what he was talking about.

Surprise... not!

I urge FReepers to read the whole article. It proves that Obama is utterly clueless. We have a rank amateur in the White House, and that includes Hillary as well! Under Obama we are (again) missing a golden opportunity to hit Iran. The result of Obama will be that Iran may strengthen and surge in to control Iraq. I cannot believe how Obama is screwing up things so badly. And the corrupt MSM continues to protect Obama's backside despite the empirical evidence against him. And the Jews will blindly step into the voting both and pull the level for Obama that ultimately will release the gas clouds on them.

There's probably some paper out there saying this. No doubt Iranian intel uses information like this to structure their security. Therefore, the installation was more susceptible to attack/sabotage. Perhaps it wasn't a priority for American and European military strategists. That doesn't mean it isn't for others.

The Isfahan “oops” was a fairly serious industrial “accident”. Go to the link below and check out the before and after satellite photos of Iran’s former baby formula, missile/uranium enrichment/ nuclear plant.

The photos are at the end of the report. Be sure to click the after view.

From the report: “Iranian officials denied that the city had been hit by an explosion or said that the blast was at a petrol station or even from a butt that fell into a porta-potty igniting accumulated methane gas. Mohammad-Mahdi Esma’ili, Isfahan’s deputy governor in political and security affairs, called the reports of an explosion “sheer lies,” according to the IRNA news agency. An official from the city’s fire department also denied that there had been an explosion, although they said that a large cat which had fallen from a tall tree may have caused the tremors felt throughout the city, whose nuclear facility processes uranium to be fed to the Natanz fuel enrichment facility. Or at least it did before the recent explosion.”

Great article, as usual, from Glick.

However, while she mentions Zero's unwillingness to participate in the emerging coalition to undermine the Iranian regime, she does not speculate on why that might be.

Yesterday during hearings, even Senate Democrats were visibly angry about Zero's refusal to place meaningful restrictions on the Iranian Central Bank.

As far as I know, none of Zero's sycophantic pundits, like Time's Joe Klein, have attempted a defense of this most curious foreign policy.

The question remains: is Zero in fact a sympathizer of the Iranian regime, as his course of conduct since he became president so amply demonstrates, and does he support a nuclear-armed Iran as a “counterweight” to Israel's undeclared arsenal?

The next question is when will the assortment of milque toasts running for the Republican nomination actually dare to make this an issue?

What isn’t widely known is that Imabadhairdyejob and Khameni do not get along with each other and this has been building for a long time.
