WEST DES MOINES, IOWA — In our interview, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich discussed what kind of First Lady his wife Calista might be.
Gingrich is quoted in the new e-book “THE RIGHT FIGHTS BACK,” by Mike Allen and Evan Thomas, saying she would be in the Nancy Reagan mold. So that’s where we started.
What did he mean by that? I asked.
“First of all she is a very strong personality, which Nancy Reagan was,” Gingrich said. “She actually describes herself as being a cross between Nancy Reagan and Laura Bush with just a slight bit of Jackie Kennedy tossed in and I think there is, somewhere swirling in there, the model Calista would like to live up to.”

Then I wonder again how Callista reacted when she heard his second wife (the one Newt cheated on with Callista) said Newt explained his affair with Callista by saying, "You're a jaguar and I need a Chevrolet."

I think there’s something weird about people in this situation having a $500,000 tab at Tiffany’s. I’m not against spending money, Lord knows, but what a strangely ostentatious thing to do under all the circumstances.

IMO, Cain was the only candidate who had a chance, and he has been very effectively neutralized.
Whether he was neutralized by paid and lying agents, or whether he really had those ugly skeletons in his closet will remain to be seen.
If he is ever exonerated, it will be too late.

I wonder just how much money has been wasted on all of Michelle Obama’s upkeep, dresses, make-up, hair, jets, trips, etc. compared to previous first ladies? Also wonder how much more vacations and golf games Obama has made in comparison to other Presidents! Nancy Reagan liked to spend but I don’t know how much of her spending was funded by the tax payers. It appears that the 15,000 dollar fees for hair/makeup per pop for Michelle is funded by the tax payers.

Since we’re just talking smack here without any evidence whatsoever, I’ll go ahead and reverse that... Newt has a strong chance of whacking Hussein. Cain has no chance of getting it done.

I hope you’re right, but Gingrich is toxic to the Mushy Middle, so he has little chance of winning the requisite plurality of the “independent” vote.
And forget about the Black vote. They will blame Cain’s lynching on the Tea Party. They will say that we didn’t nominate him, because he was dating White women.

Gingrich probably has friends among the Illegal Alien community. If they vote (illegally) in sufficiently large enough numbers, it might help him, but I don’t think it will be enough.

OMG I just read your link and it explains a lot — like why Gingrich was so silent during the whole impeachment effort. I figured that something like this was going, but this confirms it.
