Problem is the morons published the little guy's photo. That was smart. The mother might as well move. The kid may still get bullied.

Yeah, there’s more. The bully stole the kid’s lunch and tried to choke him to death. The groin punch was way below what was needed here.

Not really.

Kids today are allowed to brutalize other kids to such an extreme extent.

Doesn’t have to be more than that.

I guess I’m becoming to cynical to feel sorry for anybody in a city like Boston, L.A. San Fran, New York for things like this anymore.

These LEFT wing cities created this mess, let them stew in their own making.

Kind of like what Mel Bernstein told Frank Lopez in Scarface. Lopez knew Tony was about to fill him with lead and so in his desperation, Lopez reached out to Mel to “do something” to which Mel responded.......”It’s your tree Frank, you’re sitting in it.”......of course Mel wasn’t long for the world either but you get my point......no?

I swear, that freaking movie has a lesson for just about every situation in life....anyone else notice that or just me and my brothers...:

If you don’t want to feel sorry for people there, so be it. But, this is a little boy. He isn’t responsible for how the town he is in is run.

You are right, and I do feel bad for the boy. Odds are his parents are probably LEFT wing whackos and it’s not his fault. No winners in this. For the record, I do feel bad for the little boy. I despise bullies.

Bullies never get in trouble. It’s always the one who reacts that gets the blame.

A groin kick is now sexual harassment, eh? Somebody’s got an agenda in labeling it that way. Something like, oh, maybe filing for a research grant on “Males Begin Sexually Harassing At Age Seven”.

(Not to mention the kid is now labeled a “sex offender”.)

Kinda like the guy throwing his friend’s empty cigarette pack out the window...Took his eyes off the road for a few seconds, hit a deer, and died...Another “smoking-related death”.

There are lies, d@mned lies, and statistics.

The choker and faculty/administration are Eric Holder's people, the chokee is not.

"Zero tolerance" is about bringing up the non-Eric Holder "crime rate," because it is unfair that Eric Holder's people commit crimes disproportionately.

I have to say ‘Mark Curren, Congrats.’ You are a boy who stood up to bullies and you should be honored.

I agree. Its almost unheard of for picture of a juvenile “perp” to be published. I wonder why the other kids’ aka mugger and robber, picture wasn't released as well. All I can determine is this “dangerous” sexual harasser was skinny, 7 y/o, and white. Maybe the DOJ is looking into possible hate crime charges. /s

No there doesn’t have to be “more to this...much more...” School administrators all over the country pull this garbage and get away with it. This mother apparently told the school administration to transfer her kid (and another sibling). She refuses to send the kids to school until they are transferred which can take up to 48 hours according to the article.

The comments at the bottom of the article are from outraged people who apprently have had it with public schools. One person wrote that the school is now a laughingstock and joked about.

People are getting real tired of this nonsense. Kids’ lives are ruined by these a-holes.
