Well this CA will vote no on this BS and I believe many others will also. The deal is this, he is including a sales tax in the bill. A sales tax can no way be considered a tax on the rich only. I think it will be voted down, but you never know, all the blue butts in the cities will want to vote for it if they think it will put more money in their pockets.

I read that there are 118,000 people in California that pay more than half of the California state income tax. Brown and his econnomically illiterate allies assume that all of 118,000 high income taxpayers will stay in California and pay 12% income tax instead of 9% income tax. Brown and the democrats will learn the hard way that 9% of something is better than 12% of nothing.

Maryland lost 1/3 of their millionaires after a similar tax. The left promised $100 million windfall from the rich but the state actually lost $100 million because so many rich moved out.

Even the Porn industry is moving out of California and moving to Arizona and Nevada.

When you have lost the Porn Industry, you have lost America

2% and a 1/2 penny increase in the sales tax?

That’s a lot of money coming out of wallet.
