Are we about to see the point at which a majority of the American voters say enough with this little basstyrds lying to us?Hard to say. Who and what is the majority of American voters reading, watching and listening to?
If they're only source of news is the cable and network news along with the top-of-the-hour "news" on the radio.....

Raising Taxes on the Rich: Not Whether, but How
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2816624/posts
Arguing that government spending is stimulative is non-sense. Government only decides where money is to be spent. It doesn't produce wealth at all, it simply dictates where it is to be wasted or consumed.
To actually grow the economy, it is necessary to save and invest in the means of production. Common sense (the thing Mr. Bartlett would have you abandon) says wealthy people are better savers and investors. Taking their savings and decreasing their investments can increase consumption (stimulation) in the short run, but it decreases production in the long run.
You've said that well and it applies here too.

It isn't much better with Limbaugh at this stage either. I tried listening to him this week, but found his obsessions with his golf and his night life and his travels to Pittsburgh football games and his new Ice Tea enterprise and his pressing the Cain issues down in order to appear objective ... well, Limbaugh has ‘evolved’ shall we say? He has reached a pinnacle from which he will not risk being toppled by those much more powerful than he would have imagined ten years ago. Rush is no longer ‘the doctor of democracy’, and his EIB Network has eroded to a manipulable echo chamber.

The White House says it spent a month planning and choosing this location ...The hell you say.
EVERYthing President Clouseau says and does is carefully planned and scripted.

The important thing is that (I'm guessing) 90% of Limbaugh's 22 million listeners are up to speed on what's really going on in the world.
So we have that going for us.

I dunno, I used to have him on three hours per day, and now I can hardly stomach the drek he serves between fleeting forays into truth of the political scene. I guess I’ve seen it become too much entertainment and too little ‘advanced conservative studies’ in the last few years.

Obama should be making a permanent stop in Leavenworth, KS (nearby), in the federal penitentiary.

I am just so excited. Osawatomie is only about 20 minutes from my home. I'd love to go but then I really do need to wash my hair or something.
Osawatomie has been crawling with Agents all week. Tickets (about 500 we hear) are “sold out” Some folks camped out to get tickets, but other came at noon and still got tickets.

TR was a failure and his image shouldn't be with Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln on Mt. Rushmore!
How that happened I don't ever know.
It was TR's 3rd Party run that led to Wilson being elected and the diaster he ended up being as President.
TR is loved by Neocons and Rino's

All the socialistic tyrannts, FDR, LBJ, and Obama can trace the source of their political power and their elections to the mistakes made by Teddy Roosevelt, a self-centered egotistical ass. Wilson could not have won the election without Teddy's help. The Rockerfellers and Morgan funded Teddy's third party candidacy and Wilson's campaign to get the Federal Reserve Act. The XVIth Amendment and more importantly, the XVIIth Amenment, completed the coup d'état of the Constitution.
The Democratic Party is a cancer on the soul of America. The Democratic Party is UNAMERICAN. But it was Republicans who made it possible for the Democratic Party to bring about the downfall of the American Dream and everything that freedom made possible.
There is still time to save the United States. The Democratic Party must be defeated. And it is almost a certainty that it is only the Republican Party that can generate the political power needed to defeat the Democrats. The Tea Party alone may not be able to generate enough political power to drag the Republican far enough to the right to get the job done.
A small group of Freepers is trying to start the equivalent of the Tea Party on Steroids.
