Delaware Attorneys File Suit, Claim Cell Phone Snooping

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – Local attorneys have filed a federal class-action lawsuit against smartphone makers and a company accused of snooping on tens of millions of consumers.

I can see how this will end already. The lawyers will settle out of court for 200 million. 100 million goes to the scum sucking lawyer, each affected customer gets $2 off their next phone bill.

Yep. I’ve received many class action opt out notices for products/services/investments. I’ve never opted out and I’ve never received a dime.
