Whats cooking?
Last time I looked for older audio broadcasts, looked like they maintained a rolling 2-months worth to download.
Now, it appears they are trying to offer downloads back into December 2008.
Is this a work in progress, not yet complete? Going way back into the archives, I find the download fails in 2008 or late 2009.
Perhaps they are still ramping this up, have the links, but have not populated the archives with the actual MP3 files.
Gotta run, Planning Board is meeting.
Oh, before I forget. Here is the wild rice soup rec.
1 cup wild rice (rinse with water and clear all floaters)
Add 3 cups water and 3 chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Check to see if you need more water then bake for another half hour.
Melt 6Tablespoons butter; cut onion and saute in butter.
add 1/2 Cup Flour and mix well
add 3 cups chicken broth (whisk while putting into mix)
Bring to boil (low boil)
Add Rice to taste (2 cups or more)
Simmer for 5 minutes or until hot
Add one cup of half and half
This is the basic recipe, you can add carrots, ham, bacon, water chestnuts or anything you want into the soup.
Hey you’re right! I had no idea you could listen more than 2 months back now.
