Actor Alec Baldwin was removed from an American Airlines flight leaving Los Angeles for New York on Tuesday when he was apparently too engrossed in a game of Zynga's "Words With Friends" to power down his iPad....
The incident caused a one-hour delay in the flight and kicked off a flurry of Internet chatter.

Not only that he did it, and delayed the flight an hour for everyone else, but then he has the nerve to make a Twitter fuss blaming it all on American Airlines and trying to hurt their image.

Well, after all. He’s a big left wing movie and TV star who called his own daughter a pig. Therefore, he deserves special treatment/sarc.
It only makes me want to use American Airlines more. We need to start complaining to Capital One and make them drop Baldwin as their spokesman. Bring back the Vikings instead.

He probably thought the Airline Attendant looked like his daughter and had flashbacks. He’s a sick freak..Id say he should move to Venezuela but I think even they would kick his ass straight back
Good grief. Baldwin is such a big baby. Too bad they didn’t let the couple of hundred other people headed to NYC on that fly show him just how much they appreciated the lengthy delay.
He took a later American flight....why didn’t they bar him from the airline? That’s what they all need to start doing! “We retain the right to deny service to anyone of our choosing - especially if they’re big *****.”
The rules are you Baldwin you a**hole when the door closes you shut off your equipment. All airlines all flights.

sorry I’m not too good at this but, well, I am a Flight Attendant and I am a male. I know it is popular to believe all Flight Attendants are female but that’s just plain sexistism. So please Shannon, in the future, try to remember that it could have been a man who asked Mr. Baldwin politely to cease using his computer pad. Frankly, if it was me, I would’ve asked him to dish on his ex Kim, who I think is just fabulous!!

I’m surprised he didn’t use NetJets. All the privacy of your own private jet without the expense (or so I’ve heard).

Yahoo's kissing up. My guess is that Baldwin played the "don't you know who I am, you #@&%$# pile of commoners?" card a little too loudly and to long and was kicked off for causing a disturbance and being disruptive. AND maybe refusing to power off his iPad. Forgetting to power it off was a long-forgotten faux pas by the time the Air Marshals arrived.
The odd thing is that there is no scientific reason why such devices need to be turned off. Airlines have this irrational policy, and it’s their fault.
They booted Alec Baldwin for playing a game? I would have booted him for being a horse’s ass.

Maybe he's saving money so he can lead by example and pay more taxes voluntarily.
