How he stays in office is a mystery to me.

All the ‘give me’ girls and their ilk vote for him, then you’ve got all the whackjobs, the drunks, druggies, etc. who have no clue what they are doing but get a free ride and probably a free meal to go to the voting booth and pull the lever for this a$$hat! I figure they’ll be gone by Christmas, they need to clean up that area for New Year’s Eve. Most of them will probably leave for Christmas anyway, unless they are truly nuts.....

The leftist who complained during the Bush years, about squashing dissent seem to be doing at least on face value the same thing they were accusing Bush of doing.I guess once you start being in charge,it is not so fun having a bunch of radicals willing to tear the government down.

Oh and by the way,if these Occupy Wall Street guys had tried what they were doing, during 2010,after the Dems became more certain about a need to present a “strong front” to retain power in economic hard times......and before the Republicans took back the house-they’d have been stomped much harder then now.

The establishment that is the Democrat party mostly doesn’t care about much beyond retaining power once they have it,these people are embarrassing them;so they will get rid of them.

A caller said to Howie he bet they’d get rid of the Occupiers just before First Night (maybe a week before). “A lot of tourists come in to town and they’d want them out of there.”
One Occupier was interviewed on Ch 5 and said he hoped they could stay till Christmas at least.

And as Howie pointed out remember when we were in Iraq
and the libs made a big deal out of how we were OCCUPYING
them? Suddenly “Occupy” is a good thing.

I've never noticed that Mumbles is particularly business friendly, but in this case I could see him wanting the occupiers out. Having them there for First Night would not only make a lot of people unhappy, it would probably result in some very bad publicity.

Howie is right. The Left is so hypocritical, it's disgusting.

Mayor Thomas Menino has told Occupy Boston protesters they must leave their encampment in the city’s financial district by midnight or face eviction. The mayor said Thursday he’ll be encouraging the protesters to leave voluntarily. Dot Joyce, a spokeswoman for Menino, said if they refuse to leave police would take ``necessary and appropriate’’ action to remove the encampment. The move comes a day after Suffolk Superior Court Judge Frances McIntyre rejected the protesters’ request to ban the city from removing them. The judge said in Wednesday’s decision that the occupation of state land can be viewed as a ``hostile act’’ not protected by free speech rights. A lawyer representing the protesters, Jeffrey Feuer, said he would file a motion with the judge Thursday to stay her ruling until an appeal can be heard.
