Who would have ever guessed this would happen in a black neighborhood.

I hope the Firefighters who have a station just down the block have good security for the cars they drive to work, and that the police patrol the station on a regular basis.

Leroy doesn’t like getting hit with the monitor nozzle.

At my station (not New York) we had specific orders from on high never to use it in a crowd situation.

If they hadn't used it, the cops would probably have gotten a serious beat-down. If I'm outnumbered 50 to 2 by a violent mob, I'm going to consider deadly force to be justified to protect my life.

Down here in Virginia, I suspect that the firefighters would’ve shot them. If the police hadn’t done so already.

Different culture I guess.
