WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama has met with a small number of donors at a Washington fundraiser to benefit his re-election bid.
Democratic Party officials say about 20 people attended the fundraiser at The Jefferson hotel in downtown Washington. Tickets cost $35,800 a person, with the money going to the Obama Victory Fund, a joint fundraising account by the Democratic Party and Obama’s re-election campaign.

A wise man knows that setting fire to opposite ends leaves few options. Obamas game just pisses off everyone in the building. The lag in that discovery on their part takes time. They only realize it after his bullcrap has faded along with the faint smell of Jet A. Odd smell however since he rides in a bus huh?
Good point! Immediately introduce legislation which taxes at 20% any campaign contribution when it is excess of $500, or is taxed entirely if it is for a dinner or function at which food, beverages, or gifts are gained by the attendees. After all, those who can afford $35,000 to sit and break pita bread and lamb with the president are certainly the 1% who are hoarding all the money and keeping it from those who need it.
