PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (AP) — A snafu marred the critical moment of silence Wednesday at the Pearl Harbor ceremony observing the 70th anniversary of the Japanese attack....

...But on Wednesday, emcee Leslie Wilcox was still speaking at 7:55 a.m., even as the Hawaii Air National Guard's F-22's roared overhead on schedule 42 seconds later.

In History Channel’s defense, they did point out that FDR had to be treated with Cocaine the evening of 12/7/41, and it was Eleanor who gave the first official speech on the attack

“Fox News is pathetic these days”
_______________________________________

If FOX is pathetic, it is only because the populace of America has become pathetic.
IIRC, Fox out ranks CNN and PMSNBC, combined...something like three to one.

As for myself, I no longer have a dog in that hunt, as I left the USSA in 2004.

A position that will probably still be argued 100 years from now.
Thank you for being able to read between the lines.
Seventy years after the fact and I say there's more than enough circumstantial evidence to say he knew.
BTW, anyone looking for the "seeds" of WWII should read, Imperial Cruise.
Great story, well written and it'll open your eyes to the real Teddy Roosevelt.

It is a sad state of affairs if Fox News is the top of the cable news networks.

I cannot have Fox News on in the house when I have children about, because they just have too much tabloid sleaze on these days, especially in the mornings. I've seen stories on there that make me think that they are competing with TMZ.

And then them providing a platform for Rove and his buddies to try and brainwash Fox News viewers into thinking that Romney is the only one who can beat Obama...
