The New York Times reports an interesting dispatch from President Obama's re-election campaign: Newt Gingrich is a genuine threat that they plan to take seriously.
“Look, for the longest time, Gingrich was not really a factor in this race, he was left for dead at the checkout counter at Tiffany’s,” said David Axelrod, a chief adviser to the president’s re-election bid. “Now he is resurgent and he could be the nominee.”
According to the Times, the campaign plans to portray Gingrich as "a symbol of the past" and the “godfather of gridlock.”
Since before becoming president, no one is adept in foreign policy.
Axelrod did the same thing to Obama’s opponenet when O was running gor the Senate. It worked then, and,to our utter destruction, the people believed him again! But he also was the father of the death threats? where there’s smoke..........
I heard that HITLER has some of his sperm saved, don’t know it that is true. If true, this is surely one of Hitlers seed.

Yeah, but there’s a perception factor, as well. Reagan for instance, spent more than a decade before he was elected becoming an expert on the Soviet Union (and distinguishing his policies from Nixon’s and Carter’s, etc.), and speaking about it.
I don’t think Cain helped himself by making jokes about foreign policy issues, and deferring to others in debates. I like him a lot, and I’m not trying to trash him- I’m just saying what I think many people felt deep down.
God has a sense of humor. Wgy don’t you?
Mr. Cain is so smart that he is a quick study. I have no doubts that he would have made exactly the president we need at this time.
I do doubt that we will ever again have the chance to become the United States of America, one nation, under God, indivisable with liberty and justice for all.
