A former Tehachapi City councilman was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of engaging in sex acts with a 13-year-old boy while out on bail awaiting sentencing for other charges related to sex with teenage boys. Daniel Shane Reed, 41, was arrested Wednesday morning and was being held on $260,000 bail, Kern County Sheriff's deputies reported.

Sandusky is out on bail and looking at serious prison time and you can bet he'll want to get as much sex as possible with youg boys before he gets locked away.
This is insane!
The judge who took the decision to allow this animal out on bail while he awaits sentencing for his CONVICTION on sex crimes against children needs to be removed from the bench; forced to pay substantial financial restitution (i.e. everything he/she owns) to the new victim(s); and then he/she needs to be imprisoned for a minimum of 20 years.
Also, if another judge lets him make bail on these new charges, the same fate should await him/her.

It’s a little like letting a drunk, arrested for DWI, out of jail, giving him his license back, and telling him to go get his car out of the court parking lot and be careful driving it back to court for his sentencing - all while everyone, including the judge, knows he is still drunk.
So what ever happened to all the priests who were so much in the news for so long? Did the Catholic Church get rid of them, finally? I hope so.
Imprisoned with the scum they enabled to do this.
