McCain Says He Didn’t Know Defense Bill He Approved Repealed Military Ban on Sodomy, Bestiality
CNS News ^ | 7 December 2011 | Elizabeth Harrington

(CNSNews.com) - Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the ranking member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, told CNSNews.com on Wednesday that he did not know that the 926-page Defense Department authorization bill that came through his committee and was approved by the Senate last week on a 93-to-7 vote included a provision that would repeal the military’s ban on sodomy and bestiality if the bill becomes law.

CNSNews.com asked McCain: “Senator, did you read the Defense authorization bill that was passed last week? Were you aware of the language that repealed the ban on sodomy and bestiality?”

“On what?” McCain replied.

CNSNews.com followed up: “The repeal of the ban on sodomy and bestiality in the military, were you at all aware of that?”

“I’ll have to ask my folks,” McCain said. “I—I will check on it and have, and he’ll get back to you.”

CNSNews.com then asked: “You don’t agree with that language?”

“I don’t, I don’t know what you’re—honestly. I read the bill. And I was there for many hours of deliberation and debate and amendments. And probably spent hundreds of, several hundred hours on it. But that particular provision I did not know. So we’ll have, we’ll get back to you. We’ll get back to you. Just call.”

As CNSNews.com previously reported, the bill that was first approved by the Armed Service Committee, where McCain is ranking member, and then on the Senate floor, where McCain voted for it, does in fact include a provision repealing the military’s ban on sodomy and bestiality.

Page 174 of the bill includes a provision headlined in capital letters: “REPEAL OF SODOMY ARTICLE.” Click here to see a PDF of the page.

The provision states: “Section 925 of such title (article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice) is repealed.” Click here to see the language of the provision as posted on Uniform Code of Miltary Justice website.

Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which anyone can find by doing a Google search, says: “(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense. (b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

After the interview with Sen. McCain, CNSnews.com followed up with his office, as the senator suggested, asking why McCain had not been aware of the provision that woud repeal the military's ban on sodomy and bestiality and, now that he was aware of the provision, whether he supported it. McCain's office did not immediately respond.

We have far too many laws to begin with. Our “supposed” representatives need to start to dismantle many of our laws.

I also like the idea of bills being no more than 10 pages.

our elected officials are paid to READ and only THEN vote.

To have voted, having admitted to not reading, should presumtively negate his vote

very good point. I mean a 1200 page bill takes time to peruse doesn’t it? Oh wait, I forgot, they just have to pass it to know what is in it.

“As benevolent dictator of the United States, my first act would be to require that no bill may be longer than 10 pages in length. “

I don’t want a dictator of any stripe, but I do agree with a bill being no longer than 10 pages.

America’s problem stems from having too damned many liars in Washington from the White Hut (presently occupied by a phony American, but a real communist) to the Congress.

Since they’ve made toilet paper of our Constitution and continue to allow social experiments in our military, ruin our economy and embrace the evil Fed, it’s long past time to physically throw them all out!

Close down DC and turn it into a theme park, move the nation’s streamlined capitol to Omaha and defend this nation against the invasion and political correctness that has ruined our lives.

Hillary says hit the reset button, I say hit the reject button and kick their arses out now!

With John McCain and 92 other RINO and Demonrat senators voting their approval of legalizing sodomy and bestiality in the millitary, several new words have now been established and defined for use by the American people.

SENATORNICATE. tr. v. sen a tor' ni cate Definition: To promote, encourage, and engage in sexual relations in one or more depraved ways with one or more animals, or mutually with other senatornicators, either in public or private. senatornicates, senatornicating, senatornicated

SENATORNICATION. n. sen a tor' ni ca' shun Definition: The act of senatornicating.

SENATORICATOR. n. sen a tor' ni ca tor Definition: A United States Senator or a person who acts like one.

SENATORNICATIVE. adj. sen a tor' ni ca' tive Definition: Of or relating to senatornication or the activities of a senatoricator or what goes on in the United States Senate.

The various and perverse kinds of senatornication can be described by using a United States Senator's name as an adverb or adjective, e.g., "McCainly senatornicating"; "Franken senatornicator", etc.

Forget about the vote. What matters is the result. Are our armed forces about to be overridden by nasty animal lovers?

Are we now to hear from anguished third world herdmen about the savaging of their pet animals by our downy-cheeked warriors?

Will Unauthorized sheep be stowed away on nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers?

Has the time of fire and brimstone that the prophets warned about come to pass?

Oh Woe! Oh, the humanity!

The question is: Who thought this needed to be a part of a 900+ page (!) military spending bill and WHY.

Some Dhimmicrat, obviously. Just slipped it in there quietly so that no one would notice. What I'd like to know is why people on our side can't do the same - like for instance repealing Title 18, Section 922(o)? Why is it always the Dhimmicrats that slip stuff in to bills?

“I don’t want a dictator of any stripe,”

I don either.

But I am beginning to lose faith in fixing it democratically. Seems like there is too large a percentage of sheeple in the voting block. They continue to send people to Washington that perpetuate, rather than fix, the problems. There also seems to be a sickness in Washington such that even when you send a good guy, in a short time he is as much of a government loving bureaucrat as the rest of them.

They have to repeal the ban on bestiality in order to make way for the eventual legalization of human-beast marriage.

Libertine times are coming!!!
