Simple, arrest anyone who fails to disperse.

Beat the hell out of anyone who resists.

Shoot anyone armed with a "deadly weapon" like rocks...molotov cocktails etc.

Oh noes! You’ll impact the St. Patrick’s Day decorations shipments! THE HORROR!

Seriously, the only impact is on foreign grown produce, and if it’s not delivered on time, it’s the senders who get to pick up the bill.. Good job impacting the 1% of another nation, bozos.

The War on Capitalism rages on..

The media is in lockstep behind&with the protesters ..

Can’t wait until the 2012 offensive is is full swing ..

Chicago’s lessons are long lost on the recycled politicial hordes ..

probably due to concussions from nightsticks and batons ..

Just glad to see they’ve used restraint and no Tazers.. so far. :-)

Miss the wooden slugs and rubber bullets .. and bats and sticks..

Merry Christmas from Big Red !!

As blind as those protesters are they might be in danger of tripping and falling off the wharves.

although my late father was a Marine in WWII, Korea and early Vietnam.

Mine too! (well actually Late WWII, Vietnam)...

Bless them and You both for their service. My Daddy farmer stayed home and growed stuff to feed them and the nation in WW2, he had flat feet or such.

“The War on Capitalism rages on...”

There is nothing “capitalist” about cheap Red Chinese lead-painted junk made by slaves being dumped on the US market. I’m not sure why OWS wants to blockade the ports, but they’re probably giving a voice to the blue-collar dilemna the way OWS on Wall Street is highlighting the destruction of America’s white-collar work force. The original “Occupy Wall Street” demonstrations highlighted the destruction of our way of life and were very unkind to Obama in the process; I said at the time that there were some valid points made by the demonstrators (before it became about vegetarians, etc.).

I can almost see the port from my window... darn federal building is in the way, or I could camp on the window sill with binoculars and watch the show.

It would also mark the first time the loosely organized and very decentralized Occupy movements have coordinated in a major way.

It reads like a propaganda piece. They've only been coordinating in a minor way since their master sits in the WH.

For the first time in my life I feel like sending a check to the Longshoreman’s Union strike fund.

The Occutards are (and have been) in violation of the RICO Act.

Too bad Obama and Holder are both criminals.

Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.

“What happened to actually occupying Wall Street?”

It was ineffective because most jobs left there already; in fact, many of these people look like they used to work there (seriously).

A reasonable country would regard this as an act of treason, and respond accordingly.

Its at least worth having a US Attorney look into racketeering provisions as it regards this rent-a-mob.

I was gonna suggest that, if they wish to occupy the ports, they just be taken and tossed into the nearest 12-foot depth off said ports, until I realised: what has the water done to us, that we should pollute it that way.

So yeah, just get the longshoremen on the case -- when they kick someone's ass, it'll stay kicked for a long time.
