My crim law knowledge is limited, but prosecutors will have a field day with this. You have a guy in 50's and 60's who placed himself in the shower with young boys, involved in what he called "horseplay". He was at the scene of the crime, at the moment he was caught and admitted he was there.

If Sandusky testifies, he's going to prison. He may very well go there anyway, partly due to that interview which can be used as evidence. (not all hearsay is excluded)

you’re right...everything he has done has sent a message.

From the clothes he chooses to wear (Penn St. gear of course) to the interviews - hints of witness tampering (we think we found the boy and he said nothing happened!)

Some of these kids were threatened - and he’s going to make them pay.
