Proof Obama will sign NDAA 1031 Citizen Imprisonment Law in a few days (Video)
You Tube ^ | 12/16/11 | CSPAN

Posted on 12/11/2011 9:31:50 PM PST by Nachum

As soon as December 13, the President will sign NDAA Section 1031 into law, permitting citizen imprisonment without evidence or trial. The bill that passed Congress absolutely DOES NOT exempt citizens. The text of Section 1031 reads, "A covered person under this section" includes "any person who has committed a belligerent act". We only have to be ACCUSED, because we don't get a trial.

- Confusingly, Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but NOT 1031. 1032 is UNRELATED to imprisoning citizens without a trial. He has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment -- in fact, it was requested by the Obama administration. Watch the video for proof.

- The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) is dangerously misleading. Don't be fooled: In the text of 1031(e), "Nothing in this section shall be construed...", the only word that matters is "construed" because the Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe the law. The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) permits citizens to be imprisoned without evidence or a trial forever, if the Supreme Court does not EXPLICITLY repeal 1031.

Such provision will not stand.
Can you imagine what this would do to Obama’s chances for re-election, as well as being framed as a “brutal totalitarian dictator” even in the minds of the shallowest of Democrat voters ?

No way.

I wonder if this stuff is motivated by the anticipation of financial ‘civil unrest’ rather than the stated threat of ‘terrorism’. Seems suspect, given what Europe is prepping for.

The islamic communist puppet wants to destroy THE CONSTITUTION and of ALL RIGHTS and FREEDOMS of WE THE PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES of America. You know that his islamic communist regime will only be attacking and imprisoning us dangerous Tea Party Americans and never any of his muslim murdering islamic terrorists or murdering illegal aliens.
If, and he SHOULD of course lose in 2012, he is counting on this bill for his islamic communist regime in their New Government Jobs and his communist acorn Workers of the World to keep working in and against the American People and THE CONSTITUTION.
And will of course totally burn up THE BILL OF RIGHTS. That is their communist great plan to destroy America and the rest of the world.
They want to be the great communist leaders of the world, which of course means, as it has always and will always mean, to cause the murder of millions and millions of people.
So watch who you vote for next time, and not vote for just a clean half-black person that reads well and doesn’t sound like a rapper, or have every single document about himself sealed away with no proof of ANYTHING about him.

Remember Jose Padilla and his loss of rights as a citizen? He still hasn’t been sentenced because the Eleventh Circuit overturned his conviction, saying it was too lenient.

Congress has just ensured that Obama never runs into the difficulties that Bush did in the Padilla case.

The past tense language, apparently intended to narrow the focus down to those tied directly to 9/11, poses another potential problem — will this be considered an ex post facto law? None of the USSC liberals will swallow this and it only takes one other objection (Thomas?) and it’s gone.

Obama could throw every conservative in jail for no reason whatsoever, and it would never make it onto the nightly news. We literally have a government media complex just like Baghdad Bob. Obama doesn’t have to worry about anything now except the machinery necessary to ensure that he can declare martial law at a time of his choosing.

And it seems like he will have accomplished that before he goes off to Hawaii - right at the time Israel will have to act against Iran, at the urging of Saudi Arabia (because US troops are leaving Iraq before year’s end, leaving it wide open for Iran to come in and institute their caliphate with only Israel and the Saudis standing in the way).

The Occupy Wall Street thing fizzled out as far as striking a match on dry tinder and sparking the communist-Islamist revolution so some combination of Iran-Israel and world economic collapse may do the job instead - and very possibly within the next couple weeks. Obama is making sure everything is in place for him to have utter and absolute control of the US before he goes on “vacation”.

What’s frustrating is that our stupid, stupid R’s are going right along with it, like they’ve been hypnotized into sleep. Unbelievable.

Obama’s walk to Air Force One to go to Hawaii would be a good time for Sheriff Joe to personally arrest Obama so all the stuff Obama had intended for Obama to be able to do would then be enabled for acting POTUS John Boehner.

And so better the entire US media.

This suggests to me that the Congressional dems have been convinced by Obama that there will not be another election. Unless “belligerent act” is specifically defined somewhere else in the act.

"Belligerent act" could be Occupy Wallstreeters, defecating in the street to a logical, law-abiding person. However, I didn't see any definition.

Still....military used against an American citizen in Amerika?

If a judge doesn’t put a restraining order on it (or whatever they call it when they keep a law from going into effect until the courts can decide whether it is Constitutional) before the world economy collapses and/or Israel attacks Iran, it really doesn’t matter (for all practical purposes) what the 5th and 14th Amendments have to say about it.

Considering the way the Euro is looking, Obama may only have to “convince” (cough) one judge to refuse to put the law on hold until the case can be heard and decided. Nothing more could be done about it until that court decides the case and it is appealed to a different court.

And if the communist-Islamist revolution doesn’t materialize before a judge can actually decide the case, judging by the way the eligibility lawsuits have gone, I’d say there’s nobody who would have standing to sue over the constitutionality of the law anyway, since nobody has been materially harmed by it yet and as long as it harms everybody equally, it’s legally considered nobody’s business.

Of course, if a case isn’t about Obama’s eligibility there’s a different standard for “standing”, so it all really depends on what the judges want to do. The rule of men, not the rule of law. And that makes EVERYTHING vulnerable. Nothing is solid when it stands so precariously on the whims of a few people in black robes.

Ruling class is setting the stage for martial law, and eventually to invite foreign troops on U.S. soil, all in the name of security. Collapse is coming. They know people will be p*ssed and coming after them. This is the ruling class efforts at control, ripping the Constitution to shreds. They could care less. RepubliCON or DemRAT doesn’t matter. And they just put themselves on the One hundred heads list when the SHTF. Unintended consequences, what a b*tch eh?

THE FOLLOWING IS A FICTIONAL DRAMATIZATION OF A PRESS CONFERENCE BY PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, ADDRESSING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, FROM THE EAST ROOM OF THE WHITE HOUSE
It takes place in the future, December 2012, when the SHTF, banks close, martial law declared, retirement/401k accounts taken, dollar sinks, etc.

It’s an accurate portrayal of how a talking head from the government would calmly institute tyranny in the face of collapse. It uses Zero’s talking points. It’s a long speech but chilling!

You are right, this is really bad. It was also approved by all but 3 Republicans. McCain was one of the authors and Graham had some positive statements concerning the suspension of Habeus Corpus. The Dems have done the same thing. This is not merely the actions of a president you hate ( I am no fan ) and it is pretty much in line with some of the dirtier aspects of the Patriot Act and the Telecom/NSA domestic spying activity that started prior to 9-11. This is also a perfect example of the MSM failure to inform.
Perhaps its time to lift heads from the ever-so-distracting left / right dogfight and acknowledge this boat has been on this course for a long time. Our liberties are almost gone. Or...you can just bury your head again and spool up the hate.
