Proof Obama will sign NDAA 1031 Citizen Imprisonment Law in a few days (Video)
You Tube ^ | 12/16/11 | CSPAN

Posted on 12/11/2011 9:31:50 PM PST by Nachum

As soon as December 13, the President will sign NDAA Section 1031 into law, permitting citizen imprisonment without evidence or trial. The bill that passed Congress absolutely DOES NOT exempt citizens. The text of Section 1031 reads, "A covered person under this section" includes "any person who has committed a belligerent act". We only have to be ACCUSED, because we don't get a trial.

- Confusingly, Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but NOT 1031. 1032 is UNRELATED to imprisoning citizens without a trial. He has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment -- in fact, it was requested by the Obama administration. Watch the video for proof.

- The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) is dangerously misleading. Don't be fooled: In the text of 1031(e), "Nothing in this section shall be construed...", the only word that matters is "construed" because the Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe the law. The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) permits citizens to be imprisoned without evidence or a trial forever, if the Supreme Court does not EXPLICITLY repeal 1031.

The past tense language, apparently intended to narrow the focus down to those tied directly to 9/11, poses another potential problem — will this be considered an ex post facto law? None of the USSC liberals will swallow this and it only takes one other objection (Thomas?) and it’s gone.

Yup. Too much wiggle room in that language.

“INCLUDING ANY PERSON WHO HAS”, past tense, COULD MEAN yesterday or 5 minutes ago.

overly broad, a military force CAN BE USED on an American citizen, unrelated to 9/11.

Time for me to hit the hay.

About once a week I write the Whitehouse.gov and tell the quota boy what a P.O.S. he is.
Guess the authorities will be coming around pretty soon to send me in for re-education along with all others who think this baboso is nucking futs.

These Rats foresee the distinct possibility that the executive might become Republican again.....

Just the other way around. This provision is aimed at conservatives like a loaded gun.

This provision looks forward to Obama's new civil defense force fanning out to round up veterans and conservatives for concentration.

If the Supreme Court does not strike this down as unconstitutional, America is finished as a Republic. Glad I’m gone.

No need to read it. One handgun can do plenty.

He’ll sign it anyway ... it only affects citizens. He isn’t one, so it won’t bother him.

Obama could throw every conservative in jail for no reason whatsoever, and it would never make it onto the nightly news. We literally have a government media complex just like Baghdad Bob. Obama doesn’t have to worry about anything now except the machinery necessary to ensure that he can declare martial law at a time of his choosing.

And it seems like he will have accomplished that before he goes off to Hawaii - right at the time Israel will have to act against Iran, at the urging of Saudi Arabia (because US troops are leaving Iraq before year’s end, leaving it wide open for Iran to come in and institute their caliphate with only Israel and the Saudis standing in the way).

The Occupy Wall Street thing fizzled out as far as striking a match on dry tinder and sparking the communist-Islamist revolution so some combination of Iran-Israel and world economic collapse may do the job instead - and very possibly within the next couple weeks. Obama is making sure everything is in place for him to have utter and absolute control of the US before he goes on “vacation”.

What’s frustrating is that our stupid, stupid R’s are going right along with it, like they’ve been hypnotized into sleep. Unbelievable.

Obama’s walk to Air Force One to go to Hawaii would be a good time for Sheriff Joe to personally arrest Obama so all the stuff Obama had intended for Obama to be able to do would then be enabled for acting POTUS John Boehner.

Code Pink better watch out if a R gets in the White House...

And so better the entire US media.

This suggests to me that the Congressional dems have been convinced by Obama that there will not be another election. Unless “belligerent act” is specifically defined somewhere else in the act.

Nah, you're not going in for re-education, you're going in for indefinite detention! If it's any consolation, it'll most likely be like a FReeper reunion.

The average democratic voter, hell even the average Repub voter has no idea that something like this is about to be signed into law. I could go to work and talk about this and not a single person will know what Im talking about.

That opening scene made my blood run cold. I didn’t think Disney capable of it. I didn’t think this country capable of it. I’m sitting here thinking “What is now the difference between us and Egypt?”

“Obama could throw every conservative in jail for no reason whatsoever....”

:::::::::::

I think the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments will have something to “say” about the wording of this legislation.

Just like with automatic IRS money grabbing unconstitutional convenience, now the government wants a way out to inconvenient questions of corruption: from Zero’s fraudulent automatic election and promotion to president to automatic imprisonment, here it is!!!!

Wow, lottery disorganized Soviet Nation ahead of you, change you can believe in. Vegas criminal country is what AMerica has become.

I stand to be corrected, but haven’t they been passing/reviewing this “Act” every year for some time now???

I thought I heard about that last week when the news came out about this bill...

I understand the new amendments and ramifications of this bill passing, but only 7 Senators voted against this thing recently...And now, the House gets a crack at it, or has it already been voted on???

Just want to make sure I understand the status on this thing...

I would propose the Second Amendment may have some play in here as well...
