Some comments from co-workers:
Suspect was PO’d over money, and or a bonus, and just went off.
Edison employee obviously pissed off about the ban on incandescent light bulbs.......
Bet they have a policy of no concealed carry in the workplace because they are dangerous.
These incidents seem to be on the rise.
I think we are seeing a society under extreme pressure.
Works well don’t it?
I suspect I don’t know the victims.... I hope not. SCE is one of my biggest clients.
Of course not.

She's issued less than 50 permits in a county of over 1.7 million residents.
There was a time when losing your job was a temporary setback. These days, if you are a man of a certain age, that pink slip marks a devastating end to your employment history. The financial comfort you knew is gone and there's no bouncing back.
Not saying that's what happened here and certainly not trying to justify any form of workplace violence, nonetheless, there's a lot of people out there facing some hard futures.
I heard about that.
Many are very tightly wound. Lots of stress, busted lives, total losses. Anger all time high...Lid pops off hard....
I agree with you.
