Conservative correspondent Tucker Carlson has bid on and won a dinner with controversial Vietnam-era radical Bill Ayers in a fundraiser for the Illinois Humanities Council, the group confirmed today.

As part of the auction item, Carlson, of Fox News and The Daily Caller, will have dinner with the former college professor who has written about helping with bombings at the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon and other government sites.

Ayers is about 65. And no, he and his troll wife were never Manson followers.

There has droves of hateful, crazy lefties out there. Manson was a failed musician who wanted to kill Terry Melcher (the producer) after he turned down Manson. Ideology was an after thought. Ayers and Dorhn were life long haters of their parents and success in general.

All this says to me is that Tucker Carlson had an extra $20 to spare....

I'm sure they'll have lots to talk about but little to agree on -- which is a spice that will surely dwarf any attention paid to the food. But what is the commie fare being served up? North Korean chicken soup without the chicken, the rice, or the vegetables? Wonderful grog, no doubt. And then the fine Cuban cigars courtesy of Castro. Ah, a meal fit for a king commissar of the people. Or maybe a king in prison? There will be talk about Obama's book, talk of being unrepentant, talk of a reality show and the latest Republican primaries. Ayers will dazzle, Dorhn will doze and Tucker will be looking around to see if they haven't cooked up his dog yet.

So the best Carlson can do is a dinner with a 60’s faux radical FBI informant and his hag wife who in their old age are begging for relevancy . Sheesh . Onward into the past !

You should shun him. He is under the spell of the devil.

“...and success in general” for others maybe, but their own success is perfectly acceptable.

I’ve always been under the impression that Carlson’s true ideology is much closer to that of Bill Ayers than to anything remotely conservative.

(This is not an exaggeration of my view.)

I would not eat in the same restaurant with Ayers, much less at the same table. That is, unless Michael Corleone "misplaced" his gun in the toilet tank in the men's room ;)

“we all remember another dinner she recorded where she bragged that she stuck a knife into the body of Sharon Tate.

No, never happened the way you described it.

actually, i think this is good. In 1999, Tucker did an interview with George W where bush made a lot of “candid” comments. Tucker used his “just us fratboys” act to get bush to drop the mask and let his real thinking show (i have to say i wasn’t bothered by it, but a lot of people were)

In the end, Ayers is a silver spoon socialist, he has that same background, and I think that Tucker might be the one to get him to drop the mask and make some candid comments of his own.

In 2008, obama was given a pass on all his radical associations, i think this might be an opportunity to give them a wider airing.
