Yes, It most absolutely is.

I don't want taxpayer money paying for Christmas greetings and it has absolutely nothing to do with the religious significance of the thing.

How many people actually look at those mailings they get before chucking them in the trash? 1 in 20...mayyybe? 1 in 50? I'm a political junkie and I toss them after a quick scan.
