He may not be able to win, but he is the only candidate pushing to reduce the size of the Federal government and get spending under control.

And since deficit spending is the most important issue facing us, he could actually save the republic by vetoing every bill Congress sends him for 4 years.

You wonder, if the real reason many in the GOP are afraid of Ron Paul...is that he would cut the budget and spending...

Not my candidate (Michelle Bachmann is my choice)...but with the RINO infestation among the 2012 group....Ron Paul is actually more palatable than the Global Warming guy...the Open Borders/Illegal Alien In State Tuition guy....and the I was ObamaCare before ObamaCare guy.

In 2008 we had much better overall conservative candidates...and ended up with Liberal RINO Soros Funded John McCain. I see the GOP making another big mistake in 2012
